Calls to my cell for my roomate demanding a call to this number for some outstanding loan that isn't valid. Called his family too. No company name except the name Jeff Spears. Legal documents, yada yada, going to place of employment yada yada . I told him its a scavenger collector not to worry. They refused to send letter, we only deal my email yada yada . I said if on the far outside if someone does show up, sign nothing and call 911 because you fear for your life because of the stalking harassment .

Jeff Spears left a message that he was going to serve me court papers today, but he ran out of time, he will be here tomorrow between 12 and 5...really??? He also left a docket number, which is not even enough numbers to be a docket number in my county and told me he has no idea what the papers are he gets paid by the signature and I need to have a photo ID available when he serves me...This is a total crock of crap! If I'm being served, why would you call and tell me you're coming and what time...any sane person would just not be there! How stupid do these people think we are!

I got a call from 866-225-3316 from Kim Stewart from Legal Support Services for my brother. She said she received a court summons under his name and SS#. It was a notice to serve him with the intent to appear in court. She said that she would be at his residence or place of employment within 2 business days between the hours of 12 and 4pm with a uniformed officer to ensure her safety. She also said that he was required to be present with two forms of ID and if he had any questions or concerns he should call the mediation firm (which has no name) at 844-482-4907. She left a docket number and "Good Luck" at the end.

I looked up her name and the company name and I haven't found ANY information....so, it seems like a scam. Glad to see other people had the same experience!

We also got a call from them.  He said his name was Richard Rikal and he was with Legal Support Systems.  He also called where my husband works and spoke with one of the ladies in his office.  No one that serves papers calls ahead of time.  Its a scam!

I also recieved a call from Kim Stewart. She called my father and scared the ish out of him. Of course he calls concerned for my embarassed. She too stated I had 2 business days. She was coming to my work and home 12-4. Blah blah blah. I did look her up and I found 2 inividuals on Linkend where they are in the legal professional but one is located in Canada the other in Ohio. So I'm pretty sure she won't be coming to my door. I acknowledge this a debt from 4 years ago but I came across an agreement directly with the company in Jan where they had permission to take out automated payments from my account to pay the debt. I don't see where they took anything out. So I will try to follow up with the account directly insead of the biller. I actually called the 844- number back and talked to some guy who was so willing to get payment instead talk about the police officer who is comng to my job and home. It is a tactic. Report it as much as you can. But if it is a bill handle it and let them know you will be do not call and harrass you or your family.
