Some person named ashley left msg about legal claim

My wife got a call from this number saying that she owed a bill from 13 years ago for $1700. They told her that she has 4 hours to pay of they will put her in a 10 year judgement, put a lein on her house and car. When i called them they asked to verify the last 4 numbers of her ss#. When i told them he wasnt getting it he hung up and wont answer any more calls. I would rhink if a bill was owed for 13 years it would show up on gour credit report. BEWARE!!!

I was contacted twice, first by a man and then a woman. Each time saying I needed to call this number because of a judgment against me. The case number he gave looks like a first name JASO and then perhaps a 4-digit employee number. No court case I've ever worked with has such a number.

I Just got a phone call from this number. But instead it was for my mother. Stating that she owed an undisclosed balance of 1319.19 bucks. But he didnt was to tell me from where it is from. He continued to ride me into agreeing into paying that amount.  obviously i never agreed to anything. i asked if i could give him an address so i gave him a fake one. after that, he hung up. Its a great thing i found this forum... lord know what the heck i agreed too.

Called saying my daughter-in-law (who moved out of state 11 years ago) must return call regarding court case in New York, 2000 miles away.  Right.
