They called me 3 times in a 24-hour period.  I called them (blocking my number) and the person with heavy accent said they are a Central Credit Service.  I asked why they called and he said he needed my phone number to tell me. I said no, that's ok.

After reading other posts about this number, people said it was AMEX collections. I don't have an AMEX card so I don't know if the call was for that or not. I didn't answer & they left me a 2 minute message that was nothing but hold music.
