Called about my ex-wife from 20 years ago.  Not sure exactly what they want as I don't answer 844 area code calls.  Typical "we have paperwork you need to review or we'll call the cops" bull they try all the time.

calls harassing calls to my cell work home says same thing all other callers reported as well case # and we have paperwork we filed against you want this crap stopped we need to take down these crooks and clowns put them out of business

I got the same call on both my cell and at the building where I run my business. This is ridicules we need to stop them.

Might be some type of scammer. A lot of these going around lately.

I wanted to see what the encrypted message was about and it turns out his was a certified letter for my old roommate.

Called and said they have tried to serve me several times at my address, im a stay at home mom and am home all day everyday, NOONE has been to my house! Then these idiots called my parents home. Get a REAL job, losers!

Got a message at work that these people called. Gave a case number and everything. I called them right away and asked why they were calling my work. First the lady said that they do not call anyone that they are a lawfirm. I turned around and said well whoever called me gave this number and thats why i am calling. Gave them the case number and I got transfered to "someone up stairs". Spoke to some guy (i dont recall him ever giving me a name). Asked him what this was all about. He then tried to get me to confirm my ssn and name. I refused to confirm my SSN on the phone until i found out why they were calling me. All i would confirm was my name and that was it. The guy then started yelling at me. Telling me he knows my ssn, dob, address, place of work and that it shouldnt be a problem to verify it all. I still refused....He then started to threaten me and tell me they know all my information and that they will be serving me papers and garnish my wages. He stated that i better be prepared to work many hours to be able to pay off this debt. I then asked to speak to his supervisor and the guy hung up on me. Call me stupid but if you are a lawyer you DO NOT talk to people that way, especially if you are trying to collect money that i supposedly owe. They have now called my work again after i already talked to them (if thats what you want to call it). Wish i knew how to make this stop!!!!

Got a call from this number representing the LD Group saying my kid owed money and they were serving us to pay for the debt of a 23 year old. So I spoke to Frank Hernadez at extension 1025 who said " He wanted info because he was serving me papers at 4pm. He also called my spouse and when we wanted details he refused to give them to us. He said it was none of our business he was just going to serve us the papers so we could give them to her. I told him to find her himself!

This is likely some sort of rogue collection service under some sort of agreement with a more mainstream collection agency.  They try to pass themselves off as a legal filing service...possibly they're a litigation service...which is little more than a bunch of loose cannon clerks who can say anything on the phone...their main function appears to be harassment...with the hopes of getting a debtor to reconnect with their debt and start paying it back...suggest reporting them to the Federal Trade Commission and to the California Attorney General's office...they are highly unethical and likely breaking the law in their methods and procedures.

Received call from unknown, picked it up because I receive international calls from family under unknown......turned out to be Stephanie Parker but she kept saying "they hired me" and she was coming today to my house to serve me papers.......i told her to call me back and leave a voicemail with the info. I then googled this phone number and find this info.

The called this am saying it's important to call us back this is a alert notification that we have information that has been sent to your location, please call us back!!! Bunch of bs annoying calls

I just received a phone call as well from this supposed to be company.  First, a lady name Stephanie left the message and when I called back they transferred me as well to an upstairs location.  Whoever this guy was said that it's some type of law form and they have to serve me with legal papers.  He got very rude because for one I told him I filed bankruptcy so therefore if he is calling about any type of debt it's unheard of. Then, he also called me "ghetto".  I told him if he or anyone come looking for me I will call the police and my lawyer as well. Then he hung up the phone.

They called my stepfather and my mom on there cell phones. Left a phone message that they were going to sever me papers and take me to court. I don't know who these people are. And the only thing they told me when I called back was they had my info that I owed 350.00 to a loan company that was fileing  a complaint  against  me. Now they want 768.00 in two payments or I can make an offer of 500. What should I do ? I don't know if this is legit! Help!!

They called my daughter's house and my personnel office. Called the number back. Transformed me to a man saying I should be receiving papers. I told him I will let my lawyer take care of this matter. He told me my lawyer isnt going to do [***]. So I laugh and hung the phone up. People are scamming everyday. Get a job!!!!

I received a call from these people saying they tried to serve me papers via mail...  Problem#1.  Then they became very rude and transferred me to their "legal department".  I asked who they were but they wouldn't answer me.  I then told them I was going to report them to the Texas Attorney General's office and then he told me I was a problem.  
These are just low life debt collectors who get a name off a piece of paper and try to collect money they never loaned out.  They're liars and criminals as far as I'm concerned.

This guy identified himself as Matt Bennett tried to get to verify my social security number but refused to tell me why he was calling.  I have called the police and filed complaint with the FTC my next call is to States Attorney...if they have your info you need to put a fraud alert on your credit through the credit bureau., if you notify one they are required to notify the rest for you.  The only way to stop these guys is to report them.
