This # contacted me today claiming to be a litigation firm trying to swindle me . do not give them any information it's a scam! They will try to scare you into making a payment for an old debt. They will threatened to garnish your wages and put liens on your property. These guys have very bad attitudes and not bright at all do not fall for it

Thank you for sharing this, I did also get that call, from the same number....I knew it was a spam....people please be very careful, that sometimes call you from a restricted number......don't listen to them....and do NOT give any information.

They try to scam, and scare people to pay a all debt

I received a call from a blocked # that I let go to VM, and the message they left said that they were a "Firm" following up on a complaint against me. They didn't leave their name or the name of the "Firm", but they did leave this # 844-531-9733 and said they were moving forward with charges against me if I didn't return their call. It's laughable! Obvious scam!

I also filled out but did not proceed with a payday loan and have been getting this one off and on. Lost my temper today and called back to demand removal of my number, was called a b**** by the little brat working the line and hung up on.

they called me to ask for someone that I knew. They are pretending to be a driving company and they need drivers. beware

These people need to be aware that phone calls, of any type, are considered harassment. Once told that all conversation needs to be in writing to be compliant with the law and to have substantial information to give to my attorney, they quit calling, for a while. The problem is that once a credit card or loan is paid off, these idiots come out of the wood work to start all over.

This number also left a message for me, with my current last name and my exhusbands last name (over 14 tears now) and also represent a "firm" with a "time sensitive" matter.

I keep getting calls for my daughter who hasn't lived in our home for over 20 years. Says the same thing.. a complaint has been filed against her and that someone is scheduled to come to her home that day to serve her, but they need her address. Right - like I'd give them her number or address! When I ask why their Caller ID is blocked if they are really legit, they always ignore the question. Yes, I always just hang up, but the first time our daughter did indeed call the number one of them left with me, and when she said told the man there was no way there was anything outstanding, he yelled and got very argumentative and rude.

Some Tips:
*Keep all messages
*Take a picture of your Caller ID
*Keep any and all conversations recorded to your states recording laws, some require they be told, others do not. This can be transferred to a recording device.
*Keep a notebook handy for writing time,date, who you spoke with and what the conversation detailed.
*Check your SOL for your state as well.
*Attorneys need to be licensed as a DC to collect, all DC's must be licensed in their state as well as yours if different.

I was too contacted by a blocked # and when i called the number that was left on my voicemail it was to the cavalry firm, they informed me that they were attempting to collect a debt that was well in the right statue of limitation so i had them send me out an email and i do remember the debt so in agreed and later paid in full.. I received a settlement later plus a zero balance letter with my receipt. This is not a scam, you folks should just pay your bills and debt. Friendly customer service for the type of business.

Just got a call from them for my mother-in-law, never have we had the same number in fact it was my cell they called how they did a fishing expedition to get that is totally uncalled for. Let them keep searching for the 84 year old if it was legit the state has all her information!

Received a call from a "Wyatt" stating he was a process server and had paperwork for me. Wyatt also call my HR dept. yesterday and left a message. When I questioned about him being a process server he hung up and called back 6 or 7 times and hung up on me.
