Caller ID says call is from 202 693 7996.  Recording says it is a call from a debt collector and to call 844 541 0500.  Calling me everyday!

Stop calling.  Next time you call, I plan to contact an attorney for harassment.  You calls of two to three times a day are annoying and disruptive.  Even if we do not answer the phone you leave a message to call this number...yet, that is not the phone number on our answering machine!

Do you really and truly believe that the person that is calling you will actually see that post and somehow magically know who to stop calling?
Now if it is a debt collector, they will call on one number but they have to leave you a toll free number to call back.  So what you need to do is to get as much information from them as possible, and then read the following:
Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

These people have called my work place every day for the past 2 weeks. Always after 6:00pm. We close at 4:00pm. They always leave a message to call them back. But, never say who they are trying to reach, only that they are a debt collector.. Caller Id shows, 'Out-of-state',  913-232-2010. The number to call back is 844-541-0500. Diversified Management Services.

this is harrsement. they try to get personal information to search.
when they search database by phone number they are calling rep. says
phone number not in their system.  is it a scam to try to get your personal info?

We have no debt. I even had our bank check..amazing they also got the same call leaving a message on their answering machine..I filed a complaint. With the do not call list.

robo calls.I have had the bank check several times and we have no debt.They claim to be Diversified  Adjustment Services. and to call 844-541-0500.We have no debt.I filed so many complaints about this number with the do no call list that the complaint form automatically fills in.

they call morning ,noon and night.We have no debt yet even if you scream this into the phone they continue to call.I have filed police reports ,reported it to the do not call list, our state's do not call list..the robo continues...

The next time they call, demand a legitimate, physical mailing address in which to send a cease communication letter VIA certified mail with return receipt requested. If they refuse, let them know your attorney will obtain this information for you and see them in court.

Robo call so I called back and got into a recording loop to enter account number which I do not have as we have no debt...Tried another number and same situation no person just a machine.I finally had our server block the number.I did not know they (the server ) could do this but they can and did.

Call every day morning noon and night.Annoying,I don't have any debt.

Have had enough and called them back.They are looking for someone who does not live here.I have been here 35 years and no one by that name has ever lived here.Filing a police report,someone is using our address and phone number illegally.I told the rep this and she said they would remove our number..we shall see.Have safe weekend everyone

Seems to be a legit debt collector and called me repeatedly, however, when I called back it seems like the person they were searching for lived in a different state with a different SS#.  They apologized and removed me from their call list.

844-541-0500 - calls me every day, 2 and 3 times a day.  Is not my debt.

Automated message calls our switchboard on a daily basis.  The first half of the message is always cut off. VERY ANNOYING!

Call me almost everyday on my cell phone. They should be stopped because I am not the only one.
