been getting calls all numbers. not identifying them selves. Something about court? $$$$ owed. I owe no $$$$??? all bills good???

got a call at work, and on my cell it was a recording talking about this is a  a serious matter and a complaint was filed against me and do you know my where ,abouts, funny] and the there next step will be to the court,,,stupid scammers suck this. the number is 844-596-0363 like the one above....

On 10-26-15 Someone called me from this number 844-596-0364 they left message about a complaint against me and I needed to call the number back, I did not call the number back.
On 10-27-15 Someone called me again from 844-596-0363 and left a message about a complaint against me and I needed to the number back, I did not call the number back.

I received a call from this number twice. Automated message telling me to call if I were the person or knew the person.  I called it back on the second day and they wanted my last four digits of my social.  I repeatedly asked who they were, what company or agency they were with and what it was in reference to and they said they could not provide that information.  I told them I did not give my personal information out to unknown persons and they should do what they felt they needed to do.  Nothing but a scam

This is a common ploy by criminals attempting to extort money from people by scaring you into believing that you will be criminally charged, go to jail, lose your driver’s license, have wages garnished, be sued, and a variety of other variations on this,  all for an alleged or nonexistent debt.  One of the tricks they use is to call your work place repeatedly in an attempt to shame you into paying.  They also use the “process server” who calls and claims he is going to serve you, but then says you could avoid it by calling another number.

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

Calling all the time. early am even. e-mail reads unknown@emaildoma, doesn't show the rest. 844-596-0363. Some robo call about owing $$$$ and something with court, and they call me by name. Mail it to me [***] that is the USA law. Fed. postal fraud is a [***]! They do not state who they are. That right their is breaking laws. They must be from piss ant India again! Felons committing felon. 2 days in a row so far. Reporting to the fed. trade commission.

They are also calling my work. Have called 3 times in the past 2 days. Saying there are 4 allegations against me. Going to find out who to contact to file harassment charges. They have called my work, my cell phone, my daughters cell phone, my mother and law and my parents home. Ridiculous. I agree they are not very good at this.... Still waiting to be apprehended. LOL

This number called me repeatedly saying a woman, who was not myself, was due in court asking if I knew the whereabouts for this person to call them back. I finally tried to call them back and they were really nice and said they'd take me off the list. We'll see.

I just received a call from this number. They have been calling me for 2 days leaving a automated message to call this number. I called them back and the first time, a guy answered saying legal department. He refused to give me the name of the company and hung up on me. So, I called back and spoke to a woman who said that it was from a company called Coastal, however the company that were working for was Insight LLC. I told her it was against the law to call threatening to sue people.

Keeps calling everyday up to five times a day

The company name is Coastal Litigation firm. Google. They have BAD, BAD reviews and are listed as a scam. DO NOT, DO NOT give any $$$$$ nor your private info . You are protected by FDCPA laws. Report them to the BBB and federal trade comm. etc etc. They are breaking every law on the books. They are trying to collect on old debt or making it up. 844-596-0363 to block.

I have several missed calls per day from "unknown" on an old phone i seldom use. They leave an automated voicemail saying charges have been filed against "Rhonda Albert" (not me). I haven't called the number back. Wonder how long they'll keep it up?

called to say the next step was to take this to court. who are you? What do I owe you for?

I just recieved a call at work and on my cell regarding a complaint that has been filed against me and to please contact their office immediately.  Something needs to be done with all these scammers.  People are out trying to make a honest living and don't owe anyone and have to deal with mess like this.  The call from 844-596-0363.

They left a message stating that they will be filing papers with my county court.  KickROcks.
