Recieved a call asking for a  fax number so that they can serve papers to me at my house. Its a huge pain in the [***] but I have learned to ignore them and not get overworked. These people want money then maybe they should try working for a living like the rest of us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just got the same exact message that was left on my answering machine. We do not answer the phone unless we know the name/number.

I also just got the exact same message on my cellphone voicemail.

Just got the same phone call. Number blocked.

They are representing CMG Group, a payday loan company. CMG Group/Cardinal Management Group/Vista Holdings are all the same entity. Clara (or Claire) Sutton has an autorecorder that has called my cell phone and place of employment since this morning. I called the number back and spoke with Carlos and told him to send the papers. He said ok, yet I'm still getting calls. Contact your local Attorney General's Office and make them aware of the situation. Come to find out if any alleged debt remains unpaid for more than five years, then the statue of limitations runs out.

I just received the same call from Clara stating she had a faxed order to deliver to my correct address.  The call came in from 844-606-8765, but said to call back 844-604-9060.

I just received a call no name just to call no explanation as to what the call was about. No company name listed.  I am tired of getting these calls.

Just got the same automated call as every one else. Wont be calling these jerks back. I get these type of phone calls every month or so. Said to call back  844-606-8765, but called from 844-604-9060.

Received a voice recording.. something about a fax, but they did not mention my name.  Didn't return the call after seeing the messages here.

Got a phone call from this number along with another number 866-360-1302. Woman said her name was Claire Sutton trying to collect on a online payday loan which never happened.
Called Attorney Generals Office of Rhode Island, & was told this is a scam!!! Do not give out any personal banking information, just either avoid the calls or block their several 844 or 866 phone numbers.

ID themselves as Cardinal Legal Processing.  Lady would not tell me where they were located and hung up when I pressed her for more info.

This could be related to Cardinal Management Group.   Another scam outfit.

This is the fourth time these people have try to scam me! They call my work number and threaten to have a uniformed officer come and serve me papers for a criminal case for bank fraud. These people are starting to get on my nerves!! The last time they called I told them "I wish you would send someone here to serve me papers, it's you that needs to be worried about me!" Just called again this has happened 2 times in the last couple of weeks! When will these people be brought to justice??? Called me from 844-604-9060 and was told to call 844-606-8765. Also the last time they called was from a 866-381-5961 and the time before that was a 844-521-0861 - all claiming to be Cardinal Legal! I can 't wait till they call me again - I'll have something for them this time!!

These people just called me again from 844-788-6369.

Call last week from 844-604-9060, Claire Sutton, today from Kim Lewis, 844-788-6369 is the "new number".  I listened to both calls as I have saved them, and Claire and Kim must be related, same voice, same accent. Same type of call as described above in other posts. Got a call from Cardinal a couple weeks ago, and answered, they were threatening about an old payday loan taken out in October 2012. I pulled my bank statements and guess what-no payday loan. I requested they please serve me so I could present my squeaky clean bank records to a judge.
