This is a process server trying to trick you into recieving a "speacial delivery" so they can put you into a lawsuit

Except that there is no lawsuit, there are no "papers", and process servers do not call ahead.  No doubt they did or will give you another number to call to "find out what this is all about", and that is when they tell you that if you pay them some money (usually half to 1/4 of what they claim you owe), they will "stop" the service.

They continually call asking for a delivery address for legal documents but they do not say where they are calling from.  I just hung up.  The calls are annoying.  I don't have any outstanding payday loans, etc.

Kept calling for a few days, when i finally answered they start with the whole you owe so and so, such and such. Then i started asking questions and the lady got super upset and rude. When i asked her for the original lender she flat out refuses, then i realized it was bs. People are scum

I spoke with the owner of Brownlee and Associates, he is based out of Colorado, and a really nice guy.  These callers are impersonating their business.  Be wary.  He does not handle business like this.
