This number has called me and asked for my husband Gave me case # AA1807 and told me that there was a 2009 loan from Cash Net Pending and they are suing my husband. I told them we had not received any papers regarding. They responded with "We don't have to send any papers" I informed them we owe nothing and hung up.

this number called my parent's cell phone, then their house! they give a docket number to my parents, and said if I don't call to get this settled - I will be served papers and have a warrant for my arrest. I called this number myself - and its been disconnected or something. SCAM!!

Got a call from this number saying they are going to serve me papers for vandalier group and looked up the information and the company doesn't exist. SCAM!

I got the same call was there a warrant issued or papers served I just got that same call ten minutes agi

Same thing happen to me did you get any papers or a email the man told me to call arbatrary price and a guy named mike answered then I called the number back and he called off a deffer phone saying he had a missed call and my loan from 2011 with some cmg group ive never heard of this

Everyone they are a scam so no worries on getting arrested. Even if you failed to pay a pay day loan you CAN'T be arrested. I've looked into this thoroughly and unfortunately my hubby made bad choices with pay day loans and he hasn't been arrested from any of them.  What's right is right and a debt is owed yet when they lie and try to strong arm you that is very wrong!
