I got the same message 02/05/2014 as the previous people.

I have received the same phone call and message 3 times this week. WTH???

I called the number back and told them I wanted my cell # removed from the call list.  They asked me for my number, than asked if I knew a Jeffrey Garcia since that is who they had listed at my number, and I answered no.  The gentlemen then proceeded to tell me that they would remove my number from the file and to have a good day.
Hopefully they will not call anymore.  Just in case, I added the number to the reject list in my phone.

The number belongs to Global Check Processing. They are a debt collection company for payday loans.  They do business out of a po box in Brooklyn NY.  They have an F rating with the bbb and there are currently 12 lawsuits that have been filed against them. Contact your local attorney general office and file a formal  complaint.  With enough complaints,  they can file a class action lawsuit,  and in some instances, a criminal case against the corporate executives.

I called them back and the guy asked for my phone number. They were calling an office number, and he stated that "nothing came back with the phone number." I asked how our office would have got a phone call from them then and he stated it must have been a wrong number.

This motherf-- keeps calling my smoke house business and i dont even know them sissies from up north.

Reversed ## on google ,,, do not call back it is a pending 1800 # this is scam to charge your cell for the call back check your billing for unknown charges..that is why they are trying to scare you with lawsuit pending.. Do not return call.. You will be charged..

Called my cell provider & had # blocked another call kept coming in from 855 exchange..blocked that also..

Had blocked this # already. It is a scam using scare tactics....said there was a case against me, named my county and said in reference to my bank account citing the last 4 of the routing #
A real case would cite the account # not the routing #.....and I checked with the county to be sure- nothing is true. I'm not sure how they have this information ( I did a payday loan in the past, but paid it) but it is almost convincing. I am going to call them back after work and file a complaint with the attorney general

This is a scam operation.  A couple things to note here.  They are in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act for making robocalls to cell phone numbers.

If you call them and tell them this they will laugh you off and hang up, or say have a great day and hang up or ask how long you have been an attorney and hang up.

These scum are the lowest of land creatures.  You know they are a scam because there isn't the "your call may be recorded message" before you speak to someone....trust me, these fraudsters don't want these conversations recorded (could be used against them as evidence.

I recommended everyone getting a call from these people to swamp their number with call backs.  The more time we waste of theirs, the less time they have scamming others!

It's not everyday a person laughs when you tell them they are in violation of federal regulations.

Process severs can not call you..

I just received a call from this number and called it back. I really hope they don't charge anything to my cell phone bill. The guy told me that I still had a balance due on a pay day loan and the statue of limitations were almost up. Therefore if I couldn't pay $50-$100 right then criminal charges would be filed. I asked could he send me something in writing, he said no and that he was about to file the paperwork for criminal civil charges and hung up on me.

Just received the exact same voicemail! BLOCKED!!!! So annoying!
