said they had documents to be delivered to me from "the clerks office", they gave an incorrect address and eluded to knowing place of employment and of other occupants in my home. they gave a "docket number" and stated i had 24 hours to call back or this info would be deemed verified. they gave only miss information from a "restricted" phone number.  

i block restricted calls on my phone and that was a voice mail they left

Same type of message, saying they had documents to be delivered from the "Clerk's Office" - I work with the Clerk's Office!!! Ha! Its a scam for sure!

Need to be careful and not assume or guess regarding matters like these. Best thing to do is to get in contact via phone with company or party and get information regarding full details of matter. Educate yourself then make a decision upon that information because just assuming and guessing especially when having the opportunity to obtain info is better defined as ignorance.

Yeah, well when they state they are the clerk of court they are committing a felony identifying themselves as part or parcel to a division of a law agency or judicial branch of the United States which is a criminal act.

This is a hoax and is illegal tactics to try to either collect or steal money and if you really do owe money and you pay them, none of the money ever goes to the debt it is pocketed by the crooked collection companies!!!!

The number 844 711 8028 is registered to a Vodafone SIM from India which is where they are calling from, which is why the FBI doesn't do anything. They call and use scare tactics to get people to pay debts that are five to twenty years old, and when the individual pays them because they are scared the court will put a warrant out for arrest ( which will not happen) the money is never given to the original company that sold the bad debt out in the first place, these companies in other countries but the bad debt for pennies on the dollar and then they harrass everyone in the persons family making statements like, this person that owes will go to jail and is violating a court order and if they don't pay now we will file at the clerks office this Monday when it is a Saturday!!!! It is all a scam... So tell them to go Fu** themselves and Hang up. If they say they will come to your work tell them to!!! They won't, I would like one to call me and tell me they would come to my work, I would tell them I will pay them double if they come in person to my work, so I could get my hands on them....

They called my number and asked for my boyfriend but never said where it was then I got this number to the called also they don,t wanted to say what the  office was. They wanted to confirm their information and it was incorrect. They were  very aggressive and rude and said somebody give a notification and see him in court.

I received the same call on my cell referring to a document number attached to my ex husband of over 20 years.  I called to tell her to NOT CALL again.  She told me it was a litigation office.  
Stupid and rude.  

I just received the same call and they referenced my ex-husband's first wife with a file number  and also said something about the clerks office. When I called the number is just stated you reached the Corporate Office, but of what, they didn't say.  I appreciate all of your comments so I know what to do, "NOTHING", if they call back.

ur message would make sense that they r calling from exept i got a call from them n they speak perfect english how so do you know they r calling from india???
