Same here.  They called my daughter, did not Identify themselves, told them they were trying to contact me.  Told her that if she didn't give me the information to call them back she would be in contempt of court.
This is BS!!  Its time to put a stop to these Scams!!!

This is not a Scam!  Its an arbitration company.  Searching for someone who was skipping their court dates.  

Legit companies don't operate this way.  They called today and proceeded to tell me that I'm the emergency contact for an individual and that they need to serve her with a subpoena.  I relayed the information, and surprise, it's a scam.  They wanted her to pay to make it go away.  They then proceeded to another family member looking for me.  Hmmm...I spoke to them earlier, and they rattled off my information to me.  It's creepy, and they are not legit.  Do not give them any information, and contact the police.

havent received a call personally from this number but everyone around me has and states that they are calling in regards to an important complaint and summons faxed over to their desk, left number and case number 2619135474 ended call with you have been notified. They never identified the company filing the complaint.

Nobody searches for people who have skipped their court dates.  What sort of nonsense are you trying to pull?  If you skip, you run the risk of getting a default judgment against you.  End of case.  There's no such thing as an arbitration company when it comes to debts, the term is used by debt scammers to hide their real job.  Which is, in fact,  debt scamming.   They use the term arbitration because the think that that will shield them from the requirements of the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.   It won't.

They ID themselves as RH Group.  AKA  Rotech Holdings

Call themselves RH Group.  In fact they are Rotech Holdings.
A lot of complaints against this group.  Typical New York debt scamming bullies.   Mall-rat kitchen-table type.   Many complaints on 800notes .  They use the ID of RH when you try to call them.  Typical deception.

I have been getting harassing phone calls from this number at my work. As well friends from YEARS AGO are receiving  phone calls as well as old neighbors of neighbors that I don't even know. This has to stop!

Notification by phone is NOT valid under the FDCPA.

These ppl say I did an loan online with them I live in Texas this company is located in New York or New Jersey  get the hell outta here , wen u ask how they get my number a certain other numbers they say oh it can be pulled up in the your state,  oh ok.  Well see  bout this BS  HOW. Can u just call someone else harassed them and they name was never mentioned to the company or ppl callin. This world here is not protected like we really should be hell anyone can get your info and use it. Then us as individuals get the blame and harrassment calls

Just got a call from a guy looking for a relative, said his name is Jeremy Ryan. Calling regarding the formal complaint and summons faxed into his office. He gave 844-751-2081 as a number to contact the plaintiff, but he didn't say who it was, to resolve this matter. He gave a case number also. And she can consider herself officially notified

844-751-2081 called our company and asked for the supervisor, they asked if one of our employees was in the office. They said they have papers to serve on him and that a supervisor had to sign as well. That it would take about an hour. And if he wasn't here when the showed up that they would get him for failure to appear. Bunch of bull

Called me, my mother, an aunt in Texas, my home and my in-laws.  I do not give out any family members numbers so there is no way they could have connected any of them to me.  I have been served before and they do not call you before you are served.  Guess what...no one ever showed at my place if employment or my home.  SCAM and I will be contacting every possible organization to make sure they do not continue threatening myself and my family.

How in the WORLD can we make this STOP!!!! I also have been receiving calls as well as Family, Friends etc....They have been told to STOP Calling provide any information in writing and I was Cussed at Told Good LUCK & hung up on! By Law they are to provide in writing this information if they Can't its against the law and Violation of your RIGHTS...But are we supposed to do to make it STOP?????

3 more calls today...one to my neighbor and brother in law.  I have called FTC to report.

Harassing phone call asking for somebody else and would not remove my number from her list. Would not identify herself except as a "processer" ... whatever.

They call from a unknown name and tell you to call this number and that you are noticefied not to be pick up by the constable for court. BS

Was just alerted by my mother that she received a call for me from Mr. Jacob Mckinsey and that I need to meet him at his office. I will get served at my home or office. This is weekly. I just registered my number on the DO NOT Call list https://www.donotcall.gov/
Let's see if this will eliminate this constant headache. How they received my mother's number? No idea
