just got a call from this no. said they need to talk to me i acted like some one else to so i could see whats up and they said they need to deliver document and i said for what he said it could be for anything court etc and said to call this no. and they would answer any question my fist thought was i have had legal doc brought to my house by the mail so this is fishy for sure you don't ask to deliver stuff like that lol [***] .

This number has called my phone, my husbands phone and now my moms home number asking for me by my maiden name said they have important legal papers to deliver. my mother answered and they asked her to pass a message to me that they are in process of serving me with a subpoena and I need to call them and reference my case number. I have attorneys on both sides of my family, they laughed at this. This is a BS collection call obviously for a really old medical debt.

They called my cell using 844-772-2058 and unknown . I called back and told them what is it they want. They told me I was being sued. I told them there was a fed law of 7 years forgiveness. The lady wanted to continue to intimdate me and that I would be served at my address.  I have been sued and sought-after by bigger and better lawyers and to date I have no pending suits. At one point  I told them I was recording the. Call and they blew up and stopped calling.

Got a call, asking for me. They said I was an associate of Aaron Smith and they have papers for him. I said I didn't know an Aaron Smith. They said ok, and they'd remove my number......
Sounded super suspicious.

Received a call stating they had time sensitive tax documents to serve, and that if i did not call back they would assume that this was the correct address to process and serve the documents.  844 772 2056 is the number I was to return the call back too, but the original message came from another number in Philadelphia.

I've been getting calls from 844-772-2058 also referencing papers to be served.  As a retired paralegal, process servers DO NOT call the people they'll be serving....they just serve! There is personal service where they hand the papers to the person in question, substitution of service where a household member takes the papers, and "nail & mail" which is when they leave the papers taped to the door and then drop another copy via US mail.  I've told them this and they hem and haw about some BS.  I also offered to start a payment plan with a certain $ amount and they laughed at me and said that was not acceptable.  Since when does a creditor not accept any money? $10 a month is certainly more than $0 a month.  No creditor would turn down a responsible person attempting to repay a debt.  There is something fishy about these people.  They are also calling my son, my sister and my EX HUSBAND!!! Even though they have my name, my phone #, my personal info AND they have my address.  If they have my address, just serve the papers!! They keep talking about me signing for court papers.  They are bogus and I will be reporting them.  

Cant deal with the harassment. Im a Disabled Combat Veteran suffering from PTSD, Agoraphobia, anxiety and Depression. SERVED IN IRAQ ON THREE BACK TO BACK COMBAT TOUR'S IN 2003 04 AND 05.100% SERVICE CONNECTED. LOVING WIFE AND KIDS..CANT DEAL WITH THIS BS.I HAVE ENOUGH PROBLEMS TODAY.Trained assassin! !!! Yet I suffered from substance abuse in past to cope with PTSD before the VA helped me. My youngest brother is in prison because instead of current cops getting him some professional mental help they turned him out by actually giving him drugs and cash to set others up. And now every cop that was involved has moved up in rank from being on narcotics team to now chief of police, judge and detective. Addiction is an illness and struggle. I assume they think they can do me the same way. Not gone happen. Not going to put up with harassment. Will continue to pray everyday. God has blessed me financially for my service to this great nation. And if they know I'm suffering from PTSD and substance abuse. Why put a shoe in my throat while I'm down. Instead they are trying to entrap a good man, husband, provider and father. Just had to move out of our townhomes last month because they accessed it from the one connected to it. Was dealing with PTSD well but that incident poured gas on the fire. I feel my Civil Rights have been violated. Yet I will always have respect for the law.

Make an appointment with the VA and tell them your concerns.    These people are only debt scammers.  Just ignore them.  Get professional help.

I have received maybe 6 calls in the last 2 months from this #.  They are trying to reach my ex-husband that I divorced over 10 years ago.  They have contacted my sister, my current husband and myself threatening to serve me papers.  I called them back and told them to remove my number, which they responded that they couldn't. But that they would put a "note" in the file.  I then asked them who they were...she responded in a snotty tone "You called  us".  I said, I understand that but what company are you with?  She said that she didn't have to answer that.  I finally told her she was a joke and hung up laughing.  I wouldn't be concerned at all about any threats that they may give you.  They will say anything to try and collect whether it is a legitimate bill or not.  

Who do you report something like this to?  I am sick of the multiple threatening calls to me and my family regarding my ex-husbands debts.  (We divorced over 10 years ago).  I would be more than happy to help get these idiots in trouble!!

Yep, sounds like what I've been going through. The number they said for me to call back was 844-726-9420. Called a friend of mine and my parents. These people are scumbags and need to be stopped. If it were legit, they'd just serve the papers already. The name associated with this is John Davis. Legal Administration is the name of the "business".

Same thing happening to me. Threatening calls and won't give me any information. Very rude and not answering questions I ask. Eventually hung up on me.
