received a call from this number..would like to know who this is.

I also received a call from this number. They said they were looking for my son. That they wanted his address to soepana him. He's been at the same place for 3 years. The message person also said my name and social security # was associated with this. I guarantee you my son does not know my ss#. I told them I would have the police check them out,  because I'd all the scams out

Sounds like a scam.

This # called me saying my name and ss# was associated this stolen merchandice, when I called them back they said they were looking for my son to serve him a a seopena and they needed His address. my son has live at the same place for almost 4 yrs. I told them I would five the number to the police because I think they are scaming people

it most definetly is a scam!!! they go by three different company names including EDS, JDS, Franklin Processing...Not to be confused with Franklin Ross and associates aka FL Recovery credit solutions...Unfortunately My wife made a payment to them and they took off with over $1800 but the good news is i have alot of resources that can find anything out about anyone. The bank refunded my money to me and now the bank is after them...I call there company about once i day and [***] with them like they have with me. Please beware!

Scam saying they had check fraud associated with my ss#

Called my cell & home stating they were a currier service. She left a message giving a reference number associated with my ss#. They also called my daughters cell phone looking for me. How did they get her number? I didn't return the call because I think it's a scam but I'm afraid they will serve me legal documents. Any suggestions?

Did you get any answers? I got a call this morning, they were asking for my brother. They knew I was his sister and said his bank was after him for something in 2009 and that they're going to take legal action within 48 hours. Well me not knowing my brothers financial issues, I called him to let him know. He said they said the same thing last week. They also got his wifes information and called her asking for him.

They called my cell phone and told me they were National Processing service and the had a subpeona to serve to me regarding a pay day loan that i never had and i said I didn't know what they were talking about and the guy proceeded to call me a liar and kept asking why are you lying. Said his name was Joe Davis so I just told him that if they were going to serve me to tell them go ahead and do it

Just received a letter stating I won free air fair and car rental on an airline of my choice, this phone number was attached.

received a letter free round trip tickets with  orbitz, fareboom etc all over it but no info from who is was from.   this number was the return.  this type of thing is always a scam.   thought it was a timeshare looks like it worse than that from the notes here.  don't call it.
