Scam. Called from a different number and left a message to call back at this number. Dude said he had "sealed documents" to serve. The problem is, he said he is calling for some other person (not me) so it is obviously just random calling to try and get people to call back.

Got a message from nationwide document delivery service, Patricia Thomas, 844 809 4105, has sealed documents and gave a ref. No.  They said very important that I call back. Not in this life time!

Spam/fraud. Very nasty

They are calling me at work claiming I will be served in person if I don't pay a debt that isn't mine.  They left reference numbers, a name and phone number.  I know it's fraud but don't know how to get them to stop calling my office.

This number called me 3x in a row. Hung up on the first 2 voice-mail and the 3 voice-mail left a VERY forceful message using my maiden name. I haven't went by my maiden name in almost a decade and a half! And then she used my first married name. I am since remarried. I haven't went by that name in over 7 years as I am remarried. This is clearly a scam. She said she is an officer Drake with important papers that they tried to deliver 2x and I needed to call immediately.  Someone is ALWAYS at our place so it is impossible that they tried to deliver papers and had a failed attempt let alone twice. Scam artists! DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!

The scammers called me from (928) 216-2928, but left this number so that I can contact them. They called several of my family members but they all know about the scams that have been going on. Don't fall for it. They sound scary but remember nobody is going to call you to let you know you are being served.

They also used my maiden name and new last name. I wonder where do they get all this information from.

They called from 2 different #s to my husband and fathets phone stating that I need to call them within 2 hours in regards to important documents they have for me. The same person Dispatcher Drake...scam...very threatening in voicemails.

Is this number, 844.809.4105 a scam? Said they were calling about a USBC credit card balance we supposedly owed and would take legal action against us.

Called and left a message about having to serve documents for a closed account. Asked for documentation which they tried to convince me that they are unable to send/email/fax it for me. Called the bank they said the loan was from and they never even heard of me.

Hi, this is a public service announcement. Meridian Mediation is a SCAM!!!! They are not a litigation firm, nor do they have process servers coming to serve you with "Sealed Documents". I wouldn't even say they're a collection agency. It's run by a little man named Larry dunn or Larry Mitchell whatever his name really is. He claims he's 70 years old over the phone, but he's not. How this works is him and his business partner Pat (who is the owner of the real estate business named P.Love real estate where they run their "Meridian litigation firm" " Meridian Mediation group" or Meridian Pacific systems" from out of, all are which are from the same place) buy "paper" off an unknown source which is basically similar to a  credit report. Then they "hire" suckers like me to come in and basically go thru the entire report and contact every number in this report in search of these so called debtors. This report includes all you're personal information including numbers for possible relatives and neighbors. Then people who are associated to or related to said debtor are lied to and informed that the so called debtor is the one who listed them as a point of contact. Again not true. They're number just happens to be a number on this list of numbers. This is done over and over till every good number is copied and pasted into the debtors account file. Then these numbers are called several times and from the first initial called these people are being told that there have been either 2 or several attempts made and even told said "sealed documents" were sent out twice and returned back to the office undeliverable. People are then hustled or harassed into paying this money thinking they are paying a legal firm that's tied with the courts because that is what these workers are being told to tell these people. They are not. There is no court. There is no process servers. There is no sealed documents. Everything is a lie. They don't even pay the employees that are working for them. Once Larry and Pat receive the money, they cut loose the employees as a way of getting out of paying them commissions and giving them 100 dollars or less for 2weeks worth of work and hire someone else to come in from either 7am-4pm or 8pm-5pm to come in and do all their dirty work.  They are being lied too just as much as the people being tricked into paying this debt. A debt that was from years ago. A debt that was charged off. And they're money is not going to any court or legal firm. It's going straight into the pockets of Larry and Pat. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM. DO NOT CALL THEM BACK IF THEY LEAVE A MESSAGE. DO NOT PAY THEM ANY MONEY. YOU ARE BEING HUSTLED.  Here are the numbers and names to watch out for:

Got a phone call from a different number 8162058485 saying they r with meridan n I will be serve red papers they had my birthdate wrong n told them to send me some type of documentation n said they have which they haven't so I will be sere ed n have to pay 3200 in court what the ...... Does this happen??
