I have received numerous phone calls from this number leaving me the same 1 minute messages.  Almost sounds like a recording or very scripted. The person claims his name is Vince Meretti with Legal Support Services and states his call is in regards to a court summons scheduled to be served "upon an individual at this address on file." Reg flag goes up there and stays up thru the entire ridiculous scripted message stating "the summons will be served anytime between the hours of 12-4 in the next 48 hours". He proceeds to say that "the person scheduled to be served will need to have one form of valid identification on their person".   Who is this person they are referring to may I ask? Honestly do people really get paid to make ridiculous phone calls to random people that have no idea or anything to do with whatever they are talking about?  I have no debt with the exception of my mortgage that is paid on time every month and a 788 credit score. I owe nothing to anyone so when I get a random phone call such as this from a phone # and a company that does not exist I chalk it up to a annoying scammer that should be getting sued himself for harassing people such as myself who pays my taxes and my bills, Always. If I owed a bill I would know it and it would be paid.  I am taking the time to write this in hopes that I can help at least one person who may be a bit more naive or feel threatened that they will not allow themselves to be scammed by people such as this individual who only wants to illegally scam money out of innocent people vs going out and getting a real job making an honest living.

A person called my son and told him a police officer would come to his job.  They are trying to swindle 600.00 from him.  He got scared and gave them his information.  I have a lawyer working on this mess now!!!  J&R Litigation doesn't exist.  I've searched the web for 12 hours and found nothing.

Received a call on my cell and work place that "the summons will be served anytime between the hours of 12-4 in the next 48 hours". He proceeds to say that "the person scheduled to be served will need to have one form of valid identification on their person", was a recorded message, but did not have a name as to who would be served. Called # back and was asked who we were referring to, we asked who was to be served, that they just called our work place.

Got a call from this number...and after I asked him who he was, he became vulgar and used profanity, but I didn't back down and told him that I would call the cops. Do yourself a favor and add this number to your reject or block list. It's not a legitimate person/company.

Received a message stating some one was coming out to serve papers with 24-48 hours and to call back. When I did call back she said my husband had to call and then said she couldn't hear me and hung up! Do they not know they don't tell you when you get served!!! SCAM!!!

I got the same call from these jerks. They left a message stating they are going to serve me in 24-48 hours between 12-4. It sounded fishy so I came and checked here. I didn't bother calling them back because I don't want to make them think "they got a live one" so they will continue to harass and call me.  They called on my cell phone and my home line which freaked me out a little. I am assuming they must have some kind of stolen information or stuff they hacked to get everyone's information. It sounds like a total scam. Process servers don't call first one would think. I guess I will find out in 48 hours. I will keep everyone updated and let you know if they come. Hint: They aren't coming more than likely. Its a scam..

I got a call regarding a pay day loan I took out a few years back. I knew I owed it so i just paid it. I did not want the hassle of going to court over a loan I knew I owed. If you owe it then pay it. The man I spoke with was very easy to work with and we were able to resolve the matter. They offered a payment plan that fit in to my budget. I'm trying to improve my credit and needed this off credit report.

Do you really expect us to believe that?  If you actually have been served, and have a court date, please tell us the name and address of the plaintiff, the attorney's name, and the company they claim to being suing for.  My guess is that you won't because you are simply an illiterate shill for these criminals.

OK.  Fine.   Now,  want to tell us:

    1.  Name of Plaintiff
    2.  Name of Defendant
    3.  Attorneys for the two parties
    4.  Date case was filed
    5.  Case number
    6.  Address of the court.

You can't object because a law case is a public record.

Right there with you CWG40 Got call about papers and being served.  live in a state with very strict laws about payday loans that includes Internet loans! Local police told me to invite the process server to they said they would send to meet me at the station so they could check credentials. Will be making that suggestion if they call back. Did the same thing to my husband last month.  This is a scam and now you are posting on website to try convince otherwise!

You have it a little backwards, and need to read the posts. CWG40 has asked the shill to post information on this 'great' company. Of course they can't/won't for very obvious reasons. They're shills for the scam. CWG40 is a regular poster, and as they stated they're trying to call the shill out.
