My wife and I have been receiving calls (voice mails) from a caller that is identifying herself as "Nancy Harding."  She says she has legal documentation to give us, and that she will be visiting us at our home or work.  All of the calls come is as UNKNOWN or NO CALLER ID.  She says that unless she hears back from Mediation Services that I have cleared this up, she will be making a visit to us.  She leaves the number for Mediations Services as 844-855-7606.  She has a lot of big words to say, that all try to sound scary and that something is wrong, like "legal documentation" "serving documentation" and "attempt to serve you" but she is really saying nothing at all.

i get so aggravated when i read stuff like this.....i pay my bills and never get calls like this. Why dont you call them and clear it up...if you owe money you should pay it so my taxes dont go up because im paying for the debts of others that refuse to honor their contracts. Good luck to you.

I received a call from an unknown number that first hung up on me telling me that I took out a $200 payday loan back in 2010 that was now $900. They call private and unknown. They told me that they are coming to my house and we had already spoke, and today was when we were suppose to meet. They said to have two forms of identifications so they could file a claim against me. Her name was Jessica Riley and her extension is 202. She said she could stop this whole thing if I would make a good safe payment or give them my credit card number to set up payments. This number claimed they have no website because they don't need one. They only gave me an address and told me to call back Mediation services at 8448557606. They claimed they were in Williamsville, Newyork. They told me to hurry and give them my credit card number because they are about to close.They were very persuasive and used big words like they were professionals. DO NOT give out your information to this company.

I paid my payday loan and I still get calls like this and have reported it yo the Federal Trade Commission. Your information gets sold and then fraudulent things like this happen

I had a state tax lien filed against my name under a different social security number. Should I have just paid that off so that you can sit back on your pedestal and look down your nose at all the rest of we little people? I can only hope to live such a gilded life as yours one day. Then perhaps I can, too, be pompous and bombastic all in one fell swoop. Is it a burden? To be so perfect? How ever do you survive in a world filled of so much perfect imperfection?

Mediation services is a collection agency who has point callers and collectors calling pretending to be process servers reading off a script to collect on your internet and payday loans...you are not getting sued or a judgement amount or anything all lies unfair debt collections...
