Caller Type: Unknown Phone Number Report: Saying I will be prosacuted and said they have my name and social security number but it was a tape her name was ms brown ...its a scam never give out your ssn especially when you have no idea who these scammers are... they could not even say my name. Thats why I like to keep my voice mail full and block all numbers not in my contacts list....

I received two calls from these people, they also call from 6782454304.  If you should receive any of these calls please collect as much information about them that you can then  report it to the Better Business Bureau, the FBI crime division and your state attorney generals office and make sure you tell them you are doing this.   These people are a joke and needs stopped, they obviously don't know you don't get a phone call before a warrant for your arrest.    

I recieved the same message on my vmail and talk sumone about this. They could not tell me who it was with or the date of the orginal transaction.

Just got call and dude left this number after threats of arrests.....I called back a lady answered and said the same thing...its a scam be careful.

Same thing here.  some man called and said I did not fill the documents they sent me and that if I didn't call him with the information hen needed he would have to have court prosecute me. Its definitely a scam. I did a phone search and it said area code 844-874-2600. Be careful with giving out your info.

The are a code does not exist.

844 is a new tollfree area code.

These people are scammers who terrorize unsuspecting people to pay them money for a bill that does not exist.  Don't answer the phone.

Same thing. Called left a message and told me I didn't fill out the paperwork they sent me and if I did not call back with the necessary information that they would have to file a noncompliance on my part and prosecute me to the full extent. It's a scam. Watch out!!!!

I just got a call saying I havr not responded to state mandated paperwork and they are proceeding with prosecution.

Call themselves "the investigative department".  Won't give you any other infro.  But I've done a lot of x-referencing different numbers and IDs.  I think these are all the same company.

I just got the same message from Mr. Stern saying the same but he didn't say they would prosecute. He just said they would file as a failure to comply. Who is this guy and what company does he represent? He didn't ask for me by name on the VM so how does he know he's calling the correct person?

theses people are bothering me telling me I got a pay day loan and I didn't said they are taking me to court

At least the have someone that doesn't speak with an eastern Indian accent! Don't understand why the government doesn't prosecute them and shut them down.

Just got the same VM as Justin did.  Guess we all must live in the same state as we haven't returned the mandated paperwork.  Never received any so how can I return it.

Same number has left a message each week for 3 wks straight saying that they will prosecute me to the fullest extent of the law if I do not reply in 24 hrs. They have never said my name on recording but want me to call back to (855)495-1506. Have checked both numbers and believe both to be scams. Do not give these people the pleasure of scamming you out of your hard earned  money.

They keep calling and saying they I believe a law firm trying to collect on a pay day loan (do not have or had a pay day loan) and that I never filled out some papers that they supposedly sent to me. They are prosecuting me this week in court.  .
