I got a call from this number but they don't say anything.

It's Liberty Mutual
no message left, I called the number back and an automated voice answered and indicated to press 1 to be connected to a licensed agent to discuss the quote on an auto policy.
I called Liberty Mutual a few days ago to get a quote on homeowners insurance and auto insurance.
We signed up for the homeowner policy, but their auto quote was too high.
Now they are calling me 2-4 times per day (literally) to get feedback on their service over the phone about the agent that helped me, and also to discuss the auto quote.
This is pissing me off now. Don't call me, I'll call you if I want anything.

Liberty Mutual. I had requested an auto insurance quote.i got their number from my credit union.  Their quote was not competitive. They have awful complaints for not paying claims on Facebook! I would never go with their insurance.

Called Liberty Mutual for a quote. Soon after, I got 3calls in one day from this number. I had googled this number, so I knew it was from them. On the third call, I requested they stop calling. They have, but I got the first spam call ever after years with my current phone number today. Coincidence?

Yes, it's Liberty Mutual. I received a letter from my credit union telling me that they've struck up a deal with Liberty Mutual that may allow me to lower my auto insurance rates by several hundred dollars per year. I have great insurance (homeowners and auto) and rates through State Farm, but wanted to see what they could do for me. They were nearly 2 times more expensive, so it was clear to the agent and me that they would not be getting my business. However, now I'm getting robocalls a week later, and I find them annoying. So I called and spoke with an agent and he was short but reasonably polite - and he assured me that he was removing my number from their call list. Only time will tell if they do remove me, and I will update everyone if I get another call.

same spam call from Liberty Mutual. Same talked to them about an auto / home owner's insurance quote. Same 2x more expensive. Knowing who it was from, I just blocked them on my cell. Poopheads!

Called Liberty Mutual for an auto quote..  They were 85% more than my present policy for the same coverage.  Explained why I was not interested and they agreed with me..  They now call everyday, three times a day and do not leave a message.  It has been four days

I did the same and the quote was higher than Geico by far. All were. Thank you!! This number has been bugging me too. Now that I know exactly what it's about all due to your great example I can now block this number!! Thank you So much!!

I find this practice interesting. My experience was as many have already noted: called to inquire about a rate quote after receiving a letter that they could save me $$$'s off my current company. Their quote was actually $$$'s higher than my current coverages. So I told the agent thanks, no good, not interested, good day. Now they are calling to accomplish what - make themselves even more unattractive? This is their way to gain business? I won't touch this company for anything in future, they are totally deceitful and annoying.

Yep - I called Liberty Mutual upon reccommendation from my credit union. Told them I'd call them when I decided what to do. That was last week - now they're calling me! 2-3 times a day!  Maybe I should have given them my credit union's number instead of mine. I intend to inform the credit union of the annoying practices of the company they support! It won't do much good to hear from 1 customer though. Maybe we can make it a movement  (hint hint).

Yup, Liberty Mutual hounding me too. Rate MUCH higher than others, but they won't stop calling. I have already gone with another insurer but they won't stop. Don't call them for a quote... save yourself the trouble.

This is Liberty Mutual robo calling cell phone numbers on the FCC do no call list.  Apparently they feel that it is OK to robo call you just because you called and asked for a quote ?   (also as others have noted above - their rate quote was almost double State Farm and USAA )

I called Liberty several days ago to get a HO & Auto quote.  Was several hundred dollars above my GEICO coverage so I said no thanks and hung up.  Now I got my 1st call from them...no message left,

Same as the others. I got an insurance quote from Liberty Mutual and now they are blowing up my phone and I get 3-4 emails a day.

Same as others have said here. Liberty Mutual.  Credit Union plan quote.  So much for the "no pressure" quote promised in the literature MSUFCU sent me.
