Called left no message, I do not answer #"s I do notknow

I received a call from this number on my cell phone. I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.

I received a call also but I did not pick up..

This number has called me twice 1st time didn't leave a message. 2nd time left a 1-877 #. I called from a different work phone and all it says it Business Center no other name.

It was a hospital that I owe money to. They did leave a voicemail regarding an 'important business matter'.

When I answer an automated voice states that this is an important message from my health care provider and wants to verify some information.  I hang up.

I got a call about important message from my healthcare provider. It asks to confirm my name as "unintelligible audio", press 1 to confirm and 2 to hang up. Pressing 2 does not do anything. Sounds like an automated scammer.

Got a call from 844-936-6007, they said it was an important call from my health insurance company regarding my coverage.  They asked if I was "Mike Smith", press 1, so I did.  They said call this number.  Nothing happens.  This is a scam.

First call I picked up from 844-936-6007, automated voice stated it was an important message from my healthcare provider.  I thought it was funny that they did not identify which "health care provider."  Since both my husband and myself have been to multiple doctors and been in the hospital recently, I did not hang up. They asked if my legal name was "Pamela ----------", press 1, so I did.  They said call this number or press 1 to speak to an agent. When I pressed 1 nothing happened.  When I called the number, the automated voice identified themselves as "the business center" and asked for my customer number which I couldn't provide since I didn't know what "Health care provider." No amount of gymnastics connected with anyone so I started investigating.  Have been called multiple times without pick-up.

Yup. My response is the same as "Pam" ..it is some annoying ineffective form of medical collection service...whether it be for money or data I don't know.

My experience is exactly the same as "Pam" on 20 Mar 2015.  After the initial call yesterday, I blocked the number. They called again this morning.

I received several robo calls from this number. I finally spoke with someone at this office. They are with Christus Health Systems which has a lot of hospitals including our local hospital. My wife was in the hospital recently and the call was related to that but the person I spoke with said she saw that our insurer has been billed and didn't know why we're being called. She said she would make a note that we had returned the call. Apparently it's a legitimate call but depends too much on a robot instead of a human.

This phone number calls continuously, no answer, no message and does not accept return calls.

A bill collection service for various hospitals.
Mine was for Christus Santa Rosa.

Caller ID showed Texarkana Gastr and like the others stated the name of the individual that was recently in the hospital and to press 1 if so.  Pressed 1 and kept getting a message "all representatives are busy, you can call this #"  which  I didn't catch the number, or "hold and someone will be with you shortly.  I listened to the recorded messages for about 3 minutes and decided to hang up and do some research online which led me here.  My concern for those of you who feel like this is a Christus legitimate site I can assure you it isn't.  These individuals want to prey on the elderly, unsuspecting.  Please if you get a call from these or any others like this refer them to both the hospital and your insurance company and leave it at that.

This is a legitimate health care provider St Michaels, they are based out of Houston headquarters, what they are doing is if you went to the hospital recently, they are giving you a courtesy call and making sure you received your monthly statement for the bill you owe.  You can call 1 800 756 7999, that is the billing department 4 Christus st. Michael's of Texarkana, not sure if all the billing is done through here for other cities, but they verified that the number calling you is legitimate.

They just called me a hour ago and same thing they said my name and said it was for insurance. I blocked them off of my cell phone. I'm working and don't have time for these scammers! !

This was a legitimate call from my hospital billing dept. They should announce it, but they don't, probably cause it's a national billing service. You can call, give just name, dob and address. They'll pull up your info .
