Please stop these phone calls from Cabrini.  This bill is not mine to pay.  Cabrini, Vantage Health Insurance and the Wellness Clinic on Hwy 28 need to work this out among themselves.  This was a preventive bone density done that is covered by insurance.

Christmas Santa Rosa owes ME money from a copayment they demanded from me prior to surgery that turns out I didn't owe because I'd already met both my deductible and out of pocket expenses for the year!  Now these [***] want money that is above and beyond the contracted rate and they've refused to provide me with an itemized billing statement! This harassment is criminal!

No one here can stop calls.  You can invest in a call blocker.  Also, don't pick up on call numbers you don't recognize.

Continue to receive auto calls from 844-936-6008 . Say I owe them money and need to return the call. They always mumble the company name so you can't understand it.

not sure who this is. The caller ID comes up as Exarkana Gastro. However, I haven't seen a GI dr in 12 years. And they are using the name I went by 8 years ago. It asks if it is my legal name to press one. As it isn't my legal name I never press one.

Don't you think you should communicate that to your callers?  Are you really expecting them to stop by and see your post?

If the 'services' were so good, then why did the patient die?  All of the remaining overcharged bills that have been paid by not one but TWO different insurance companies are being returned marked 'DECEASED'.  Show some resemblance of respect for the family of the deceased.

We can tell that you are not even close to being an attorney because you have no concept of the law but are simply making things up to purposely mislead people (which by the way is a violation of the the TOS).  Also keep in mind that impersonating an attorney is a crime.

Also try offering them a few cents per dollar and see what happens just for fun (and if they accept get it and a release in writing).
I don't know much about debt collection, but that sounds like a shill "baiting" idea to trick a victim to acknowledging a debt, am I right? Wouldn't that "restart" the debt?
    Found this bit of info:
    Quote:
What Can Restart the Statute of Limitations?
Certain actions can restart the debt statute of limitations on a dormant account. It's important to know this so you don't accidentally give new life to an old debt. You can restart the statute of limitations on a debt by:

-acknowledging that you owe the debt
    -making a payment
    -entering a payment plan
    -making an agreement to pay
-making a charge on the account
    -accepting a settlement offer

Trying to collect on a debt not owed.  Just block the number and don't answer unrecognized numbers.  Let them go to voice mail and leave a message.  If no voice mail, block and / or delete the number.

They call and say we owe them $$$ but at the time they said it was paid in full so what gives. Insurance paid a huge amount and so did I.  Don’t owe them anything now.  Quit calling and harassing people
