Just wondering it keeps calling

I'm checking into this after reading this link about phantom debt scam from the 844 area code.

My caller ID said unknown and they left me the number 844 948 2832 to call back, they never mentioned my name in the message and said my case number and a summons to court... i looked at all my owed bills and none of them are from a Legal Support Services and I can't get anyone on the phone. Is this a scam?

scam…threatening about a debt that doesn't even have my name attached to it.
