Received a call from 1-844-958-3771 on my cell phone.  CID was C1 and phone #.  I didn't recognize the number so I let it
go to voice mail instead of the usual...I gave it the old one ring pickup and immediate hang up.  Left no message so I've blocked it.

Called but I did not pick up. Called me by my first name and said to call him back and gave a special code number to use. Who is this creepy person?

Computer generated AUTODIALER call.  Said my name and asked me to call back and enter a special 7 digit PIN#, then gave me the PIN# twice and hung up!  I bet it is a scam, whatever it is!  Scammers love the Holiday Season!  

I received a call from someone who said my first and last name said to call back with a special 7 digit pin# and they said they were from Humana, yeah right at 7pm I will be calling Humana in the morning but I'm sure they will not have a clue either but we will see. Does sound fishy !

Called me at 8pm left VM message saying it was Humana with the unique PIN number. Sounds like a scam to me too!

received call on cell to call back with special pin#.  Said they were Humana.  Stupid that I was, answered one question & then hung up.  Have AT&T so I blocked that number right away.  Never again!

Received a VM from this company called 'Shenoa' and to call back to ph# 844-958-3771 with a pin# to provide them with. I called back with *67 preceeding yhe number and was told hey didn't recognize the number and wanted the pin#. Recording gave no company name.  Definitey a scam!

I received a call from 1-800-service (ph# is 1-844-958-3771) and let it go to voice mail.

The message left identified me by name and said it was Humana calling.  They left a call back number of 1-844-958-3771, and a 7 digit code.  I called the number.  The call was answered by automation without identifying the company or person.  I was informed that my home number which Humana has, was not recognized then I was asked to enter the 7 digit code.  Doubting that I had reached Humana, I hung up and called Humana.

Humana confirmed they did not call me, and had my correct phone number...  Hopefully no one will enter the 7 digit code...!

Same as all the rest: my phone rang with an 800 number in the caller ID so I didn't answer. I then checked the ensuing voicemail and got a callback number with a pin number. My rule is if I don't recognize your number and you don't tell me who you are then I don't call you back so F that S

Curious as to whether you returned this call using the PIN.  If you did we're interested in the message delivered.

We're (Humana) investigating this number also as we've rec'd several complaints.

I received a call from this number claiming to be Humana also.  Same as all the folks above have said. I did not enter the 7-digit pin, fortunately.

how do you block it? I just got a call from that number.

Like everyone else, I just got a call from this number. It was an automated man's voice. He used my first name and asked me to enter a 7 digit pin. Not calling this number back.

The scammers called again from

*** READ THIS *** I rcv'd a call from this number also.  I did not call them back, because I am fairly certain it is a "broker" that has "connections" with HUMANA.  Prior to this call, I rcv'd several calls from other health care provider "brokers."  My wife needs to get an MRI and has not scheduled it yet. So, HUMANA in tandem with your MD / HOSPITAL / OTHER HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS in your area (like for example an - MRI center - not necessarily your MD's hospital or affiliates)   Has your MD ( or maybe your spouses MD)  recommended to have an imaging test, such as an MRI or CAT scan, or maybe something similar that needs to be done ?   Yes, your MD or HOSPITAL share with HUMANA what testing he or she recommends. This way, basically HUMANA is pimping you (or your spouse) to the facilities where " they would like you to go "  No doubt the reason is because it is some cheap center that will do your test  'real cheap' for HUMANA - and at the same time your MD/HOSPITAL will get a little kickback for providing them (the broker) your name, phone #, & worst yet your personal health information. Read your HOSPITAL & HUMANA privacy notices.  It says right in there that they can 'share' your personal information with other health care providers.  It is legal, you just need to read privacy notices & You need to --OPT OUT-- with HUMANA + MD + HOSPITAL about sharing your private info. I hope this helps. (Most likely other insurers do the same thing)  Oh & the 'kick back' part I mentioned is not done blatantly and 'out in the open'. That is the dark side of the health care system, and there are many dark sides to the health care system.

I too got a call tonight. Called the same fraud hotline number (800 614 4126) and spoke to a different person who said that they were a third party hotline and unable to assist. Got referred to customer service but had to look up the number myself.
