"The name of your shop manager....what was that again?" This is how the telephone call actually started. Do these people really think that is going to work...unfortunately it does sometimes. But When I questioned the lady whom made the call she answered my questions. The Company is RSC and they sell supplies wanted to send a catalog. I thanked her and said we were not interested. Pleasantly said goodbye and the call was done.

Don't think that you have gotten rid of them.  They will continue to call changing their numbers periodically.   They use the same "lines" everytime.  They use IPC Construction, IPX Maintanence Supplies, RCS Construction and the list goes on.  I have told them several times that we don't want to do business with us but they continue to call back.

And now they are using a new number.   734-994-0844.
