I get calls from this number, or similar, weekly. When you answer there is dead air. When you don't answer they leave no message.

Exact same experience. I answer to dead air, and the line remains open for up to one minute before hanging up.

Just another spam call, i would seem. I didn't answer this one and don't even bother anymore to answer any number that I don't recognize.

Like the rest of you I too am receiving multiple phone calls from this same number. I wish there was a way to make them stop. Morning, afternoon and night . I stopped answering but it still using minutes on my cell phone.

Yep, same thing happening. They'll call a few times a week then nothing for a few weeks then it starts up again. Sometimes no message, but then sometimes they leave a message with a minute of dead air. I never answer.

Same here Sick of them calling the r trying to scam people I reported them to everyone I can think of

just pick up the call.  It's WCA research calling about healthcare.  You can be removed from the call list once you get to a operator.

From what I gather researching this number it is a sales company that generates random number that are sent to an "operator" or sales person selling different items.  Also found reports that they also do collection calls.

Note to people posting phone numbers here:  

I hope you realize that the neither the numbers that are calling you nor the people associated with those numbers actually read these message boards.  
This is simply to let others know about the number. Yelling at them, asking them to stop or threatening is pretty useless.  
If you are using an ANDROID cell phone you can add the numbers to your contact list, then view the contact, using the menu, select OPTIONS - and send the number directly your voice mail.  They do not leave messages and this will lessen the bother to you.  I'm sure there's a way for non-android phones as well.

I reported this number to the police . And to my phone company. They are from India scamming people they tape in to different landlines so they have all these numbers and they can't tract the calls. Don't answer I don't. The will charge you is you answer and the calls are from India.

Don't answer the are from India and they use many phone numbers and area codes. They are trying to still your Identity  and scam u out of money I have reported them to the police and to every one else I had to..
And I still get calls from them. I am on the  do not call list also. But still get calls they know how to scam the system. DON"T ANSWER THE CALLS.

I just answered a call from this number. Automated message claimed that anyone with type II diabeties and used medicine called ACTOS, eligible for law suit action since it may be cause of bladder cancer. It asked if i want to informed further pressing one or three for opt out. Of course I opt out. I am diabetic and have used that medicine sometime ago. So i am familiar with the situation and yes there is a actos lawsuit is going on but just was not sure if this call was really related to that lawsuit.

Hope these spammers who make unwanted phone calls walk in front of a Mack truck.
