First time and it was my cell!  I refused it and then blocked it.  

Hang up on answering machine.  Called ID read RONDOUT,SAVINGS

no message tried returning missed call and it says it is busy

this unsolicited call woke me up, I am A night worker day sleeper, my cell phone is for emergencies and I have it listed on the Do Not Call Registry.

I did the same thing as Angie.  First time they called (Kingston, NY) and it was my cell.  I blocked the number.

Just got this call on my work cell phone - was on another call and didn't answer it.  They didn't leave a message and I didn't recognise the area code or number so was checking it out before returning it

Called at 5 am offering lower credit card rate.  I am listed on donotcall.gov

did not answer as didnt recognize number.  Left no message so assume it is unsolicited junk.  How do these outfits keep managing to make these kinds of calls any time of day and night when we're on the do not call list.  Lot of good that does!

Came in as "lower credit card" and was a recorded message about lowering interest rates and asking to press one to speak to a rep and two to disconnect. I pressed one, hoping to get a live person I could chew out, and it disconnected me. Obviously spam.

i said i wanted to talk with her, not him.  she sounded cuter than him.

I received a call from 845 331-1994 wanted me to press 1 to lower my interest rates.
