Indian guy called from this number asking to speak to a manager. There was a lot of loud background noise so it was most likely a call center. The only information he would provide is that he was calling on behalf of IBM. I get many of these calls from IBM, B2B Tech Hub and many others from different numbers. Its incredibly annoying.

Woman with thick Indian accent called to speak to one of our managers. She told me she was calling from within our company and took a long time to answer me. I told her I couldn't connect her call because her number is listed as a scam number. As I am writing this, she is calling me a second time for the same purpose.

Uuuuggggg, they always have the thick accents.  So friggin annoying these people are

still a scamming call center. very loud, sketchy, and heavy accents
