The Official White Pages site notes this is a landline in Newburgh with "moderate spam activity suspected."

Called Jan 23rd, around 7pm, search comes up with congressman Sean Maloney, but whi knows uf really his iffice ir scammer?

Make it STOP. these calls are driving me crazy. STOP calling.

-- though now a brief recorded message is left from politician Sean Patrick Maloney usually regarding a town hall meeting we could join over the phone.  When we get time we're going to contact his office and see if we can get removed from his call list.  We believe access to town hall meetings could be a good thing for those who desire it, but in our current situation these calls are nothing but a nuisance.

This is from congressman Sean Maloney.  left a voicemail saying he would call back Wednesday at 7:30 so I could join a telephone conference call.  No thanks, I think I will block the number.  Years ago when I still had a real answering machine a politician called and said stay on the line to join the conference call, 30 minutes later the answering machine was still recording.  Never got the answering machine to work again.

A political call from Sean Maloney for a town hall meeting. Although I have a NY number, I'm NOT registered to vote nor live in NY! Junk call using an automated WAR dialer! Number is now BLOCKED.

Called 3/18/20 7:30 pm. 3 minute message was a recording of radio call-in show of some kind.  Weird

It is annoying as hell that number calls me every single morning on my mobile phone but it is blocked and this is six years later after your complaint this Is 2020
