Called from Red Hook, NY. No message.

Called telling me I had viruses and unwanted programs running on my PC and requested remote access to help fix the problem.

Called 13 times in one day. Asked for wrong name first call, then hang ups

no just keeps calling.  Pls stop the calling

The company come up Devereux Center.  They say they are from Microsoft.  They say there is a problem with my computer I told them I have no computer and take my phone number about of your database.  Then they said your laptop.  I said I have no laptop.  And told them to take my name out of the database and hung up.

I told him its a scam and [***] and he called me a f$($& idiot and he hung up on me

Red Hook 845-758-6469keeps calling.  No response when we answer.

They keep calling repeatedly. Three times today. They have been calling for 6 months all times of the day. 3am-7am everyday waking me up. I called Microsoft they said this isn't their affiliate or anything of the sort. This is a scam, and I cannot get them to quit calling. They swear at me every conversation that is had. I want this to stop!

Just called, said he was from Microsoft. I work in IT, and it know this is a big scam that has been going around for a while.  I kept yelling at him repeatedly and calling him a "bad man" and that he should be ashamed of himself.  Didn't even give him a chance to talk... Felt SOOOOO good.  They make me so sick!

Call everyday. Told him to take my name off the list he said he would call me everyday all day. Of course we can't call back it just rings busy.

As you have probably realized by now, this is not Microsoft and your best solution is not to answer your phone unless you recognize the name and/or number.  If you don't have a way to tell who is calling or an answering machine, don't answer the phone, period.  Consider, at least getting a phone with caller ID.  That way you can screen incoming calls and decide whether or not to answer.  Optimally,  get a phone with voice mail and blocking capability, because there is no way we can stop these crooks, only thwart them and waste their time.

Turn off phone, disconnect it or get a call blocker.  You already know it is a scam and they aren't going to stop.

Claimed they were from microsoft and that I had been receiving numerous notifications from microsoft that my computer needed updating. When I told him I used linux he kept trying to tell me that microsoft would fix that if I gave them remote access. I just kept talking because I was having fun getting the fool annoyed.

These Microsoft scammers who want access to my computer (they think I'm an idiot because I'm elderly) are using different spoofed numbers to call me this week.  I got a bunch of calls from another spoofed number earlier in the week.  And today, Red Hook number twice.  What pathetic losers.
