Saw the "Client Services" on the CID and didn't answer. No message left but I'm not surprised to hear they're hawking security systems because I've received a lot of those calls in the past.  Kind of ironic considering they're probably crooks.

I got a call from them too. Didn't answer. I have an android phone, and I save these kind of calls to a special contact listing called "Scum" and then block that listing. My phone has that option. I can save up to 10 numbers under the contact and block them all under that one name. Currently I have Scum, Scum1 & Scum2. If your phone has this feature, use it! It works great. Just save as an existing contact, open Scum, choose what kind of phone number (fax, office, etc it doesn't matter), save, make sure the Scum listing is blocked. That's it, they don't call back.

WTF is a "Client Services". Didn't answer. Another stupid call from some pathetic telemarketer or whatever. I wish these morons would stop calling.

Just got a call from this number and they are selling overpriced junky alarm systems and overpriced monthly monitoring. Avoid these scam artists! It's a complete ripoff and not even worth HALF of what these clowns are charging.

Client Services is a debt collector. Dirtbag bottom feeders that spoof phone numbers all the time. You never should open the door to strangers so why answer phone calls from numbers you do not know.

Just another scam trying to steal identities and credit card info. There is no home security, there is no company, there are no services provided. All they want to do is steal.

It is a network if criminals who fake their caller ID and use computers to make a series of calls waiting to doop an impulsive unsuspecting person. It is never ending. Always a different number, always a differet caller id, robo calls always similar. Why they would call the same number over and over is beyond me. Nevertheless, they are looking to steal. Beware of 2nd and final notices to lower your interest rate. Beware of home security. Beware of Medicare and medical scams. Beware of fix your computer scams. Telemarketing scams are in the rise.

Never ever give out personal information over the phone. Stop it! Know your rights. Telemarketing calls are illegal. Know the signs, always a out of area call. Always a weird number. Always an illegal telemarketing robo call. Clear indication they are scammers.

Report to the DNC list and to appropriate authorities. Warn others, ignore the calls and report.

Annie, these people are *criminals* – breaking the law is what they do. Expecting them to obey the Do Not call law is like expecting burglars to obey the laws against breaking and entering.

Legitimate, law-abiding companies obey the Do Not Call law. That's why you don't get marketing calls from Wal-Mart or General Motors. Crooks don't obey the Do Not Call Law. That's why you do get calls from these "security system" scammers, the "card services" scammers and other low-lifes.

Want to know the reason DNC or the FCC does nothing about these calls. There is no money in it.
If there was a multi million dollar fine at the end of the case then they would act because it makes them look good. No fine at the end makes them look bad so they do not bother. Look at all the other Agencies who impose fines for bad drugs etc., they get millions in fines and the people who got bodily damage from the drugs get nothing. Wake up people, this will never stop because they won't get any money from some scam artist in India. They are content to sit back on their fat [***] while we pay them to do NOTHING.

845-765-4821 just called.  I have a call blocker from Ebay and it just rings once then sends the call to a black hole somewhere.  They must be really stupid because they keep trying.

Get a call blocker, they are cheap and lots of fun knowing you just blocked an [***] from harassing you!

I refuse to answer a cold call from anyone and if I do not recognize the number and they don't leave a message, I look the number up on the internet and when I find it is a telemarketer, I block it.

I'm ashamed to admit that I've wasted so much of my time believing in this "system".  You are so right about FCC doing nothing.  They don't have to.  They're content enough to draw their weekly paychecks (signed by us, US citizens, through our taxed dollars).  I know because I have battled this same thing for years (before I finally figured it out - that our apathetic (at best) government will never do anything.  I used to report all of them to the DNC list,  and asked why they (DNC, FCC) won't do anything.  Pat answer is always that, until they have "enough" complaints about any number, they won't proceed.  Ha, Ha, firstly we'll never know what is would ever be "enough", for them (FCC), will we?  Secondly, all of us have (long ago) had "enough".  Thirdly, (and this makes it even worse), there is supposed to be a $10,000 fine for these (obvious) violators, but nonetheless, FCC still won't do anything.  Again, why should they?  They still get their weekly paychecks for doing absolutely nothing but "talking" to us about our complaints - and never, ever, have to follow up/resolve any of them.  If they were resolving these complaints by enforcing the law (by fining them), we all would not be getting so many of these illegal calls.  We're on our own until we throw them all out on their lazy ***'s, and replace them with US citizens that would love to have their jobs; and would actually enforce the law, and be productive.

What idiot would even answer a call from 'Client Services'? Could they be any more vague about their pretending to be legit? If you were truly their client, they would identify themselves. These losers call here and they get blocked. I don't waste my time even answering calls from jerks like these.

Yup, got this call right after some bogus Houston TX call. They don't leave messages and I don't answer them. Do I wish them ill? I'm thinking yes.

It's the credit card scammers. I don't answer any more and they never leave messages.
