This number appeared on my cell, and I'm on a DO NOT CALL LIST!!!!!!!!!!! WTF???? Called back on a land line phone and there was no ringing , just dead silence! Filing another complaint!

Same thing is happening to me.  I have a Florida phone number.......what about you all?

I get this call at least twice a day, and like Elizabeth, I have a Florida phone number.

This number has been calling me for the last few days, a few times a day.
I neglected to answer since I did not recognize the number, but finally did as the calls were
becoming more frequent.
There is silence on the line and when I try to call the number back, I just get a busy signal.

Received many calls from this number. Decided to answer and got foreign speaker asking to talk to Edith.......

I get several of these calls weekly.

I get a call from this number at least once a day. I have not answered and do not plan on it.

I keep getting this call too. They called at least twice yesterday and once today. I decided to call back and got nothing- just dead air. no ringing.  WTH are they??????

i was having my afternoon nap and suddenly my phone rang and  i wasn't able to answer it. i'm getting very curious about the number so i called it but there's no ringin just dead silence. for a guy who's expecting a call coming from employers, that is not cool!!! btw i'm from california

Just got the same call , I answered and they asked for Gary and something about he won something couldn't understand because of the static Im from California

they must have been playing with our numbers... i hope that i no longer recieve any calls coming from those pranksters anyway i blocked their number on my phone i suggest that you do the same thing.

I am in the State of WA. This number calls me constantly. When I called back dead silence.. so dam annoying..  I have no idea how to block numbers.

Exact same story as above -- except that are calling my 13 year old daughter AND THEY KNOW HER FIRST NAME, but the phone is listed in my husband's name.  Kinda scary.

I contacted the Colorado Attorney General's Office and learned that this number belongs to Online Degree.  They are under investigation in this state and, of course, they did not know if investigations are being conducted by other states.  

Thanks for the info. I've get this number three of four times a day and I'm on the no call list too.

tried to call the tel#, but the # won't even ring. Total silence for a few minutes. Then it goes back to dial tone.
