Same here. Got a call from 8459467687 and he was asking for loan payment and out of court settlement and asked me to call at 8447052590 to speak with some J D Sinha (lawyer)!

I just got a call from this number 8459467687 one Ashok Chavan, Police guy from Dwarka Police, Delhi. He too asked me to get in touch with this guy J.D.Sinha (Advocate) at 8447052590.. is it hoax...

He stated me to get in touch with this guy J.D.Sinha (Advocate) at 8447052590 since he has filed this case against me... ...

Guys can you please reply this number and J D Sinha is fake...?

Yes today morning i also receive call from same case but number is different no is 8459766912 (police man from delhi)  and he asked me to talk with J.D.Sinha (Advocate) at 9711842609, Regarding Credit Card Out standing payment.

Plz help this J.D. sinha tells me to deposit 4500 rs at pune branch. Or he will send delhi police to arrest my dad. Plzz help is he fake??

Do you owe him money?  Are you behind on any of your bills?  If you owe a debt you should pay it to the original creditor.  

It sounds to me like this guy is fake.  He is trying to scare you into paying a bill you don't owe.

We paid back the loan few years ago and we have a reciept saying that there are no further dues. But i stay in mumbai and this jd sinha called me up from delhi, he has told us to deposit 45000 today or they will handover the case to mumbai police to arrest my dad. Dude what should i do should i lodge a complain against him.

Just i discussed with J D Sinha regarding morning call and i ask him who are you and you are calling from which place then he told me he is J d Sinha (Advocate) and calling from Delhi seating in patiala house court delhi room no 265...just for your information.

I received a call on my landline(pune) from a person name Ashok Chavhan from Delhi police. He had full name of my father and complete home address. He said that a non bailable warrant had been issued against my father and he needs to talk with him. Upon asking the details he did not disclosed any but insisted to talk to my dad.
I guess it a money making scam, where these people ask money to clear the case which does not exist in first place. I mean who is going to go delhi to check out the reality, instead people will pay few thousands out of fear.
