keep getting calls..

What the hell think it's just people wonting ur money

They make threats.

Go to your Local PD and file a complaint, also call your phone company and file.  The two can maybe try tracing the calls, but the phone company should also be able to block this number for you.

They say they are from Cash Advance, the people there wanted me to send 185.00 to them via Money Gram for a loan of 3,000.00 and once they get it they would send me 3,185.00 back. Wanted me to send the money to a Margaret Marker in Florida.

This guy called and said I was approved for a loan. when i told him that I didnt want it. He said "why,baby? Baby, why?" My friend talked to him and he said " I want to f@ck you "... omg.. i havent picked up this number since. Its been 2 days now. When will this stop??????

Give him a nice surprise! Get yourself a real good whistle or boat fog horn. Play him a nice loud tune!  However, I'd file a report with local PD and also your phone company! The obscenity's are illegal all on their own, but harassment isn't legal either.  And another option would be to get a call blocking device or phone..

The same just happened to me. These people are sick!!!

I got the [***] address!!!! They told me that they are located at 750 East Palomino Apt 312! called the FBI and the FTC and gave them the info. Now Im calling these scamers back and [***] with them for once!! [***] I hope they get arrested

they have been calling me on and off for the past couple days...i do not answer and they do not leave a message...so annoying.

They stole my money! How can I get it back.

You listed only the street address without a city and state.  Do you have the rest of the info?

You can file a complaint with the FTC, your State Attorney General, and the Florida State AG, tell them what happened, how you paid them.  If it was by money-gram (or whoever) give the check number associated with that transaction, and any information you have.

No guarantee if you ever see your money again.
It is ILLEGAL in the US to require money upfront for a loan.

OMG IVE BEEN GETTING CALLS FROM THEM NON-STOP ITS SOOOO ANNOYING!! I TOLD THEM TO STOP CALLING ME AND THEY SAID WHY..WHY DO YOU HAVE A PHONE THEN. OMG IM SO IRRITATED BY THEM. I DONT EVEN KNOW HOW THEY GOT MY NUMBER!!
