Called me showing caller phone number "911".  Message sounded like a machine and said they were from the State Police Department and that there was  a legal lawsuit filed against me and I would be arrested.  To call Attorney General at this number 850-389-4180 .  Gave me one hour to respond.
Shouldn't masking your phone number using "911" be illegal?

Total scam.  Being in debt is not a crime and you can't be arrested for it.   Ignore the calls and block them.  Calls originate in either India or Pakistan.

It probably is, but your callers are hard core Indian or Pakistani scammer/extortionists and as such ignore all US laws.  Invest in a call blocker.

Total fraud.  Warrants are only issued by local judges in your district.  They are only issued by judges to duly constituted officers of the law.   They are only served by duly constituted officer of the law in your district and served in person.  No one is served a warrant by e-mail.  E-mail is not a legal notice of anything.  Being in debt is not a crime and you cannot be arrested for it.  We do not have debtor's prisons in the US.

The attorney general did not send you anything.  It's a scam e-mail!

Again this is a total fraud.  DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY OR AGREE TO!

    See:  http://news.uscourts.gov/warning-arrest-warrant-scam

Do not return their calls.  Do not give them any information.  Block their calls.
