they are a collection agency. didn't have a problem with them though. i actually asked for a manager because i had a bunch of different bills with them and they called all the people i owed and got them to reduce the amount so i could pay it off in one payment and get the car that i was looking at financed!! I'm cruisin now!

Called the number left and asked for the name of theperson in the message. never got to her - could not get pst the rude person that answered the phone. She as horrible - basically called me a liar when I told her I had tried to settle this debt last Feb. she told me the company did not settle and I should pay my debtand futher more they have had this account for years and there is no record of me calling in feb. I told her when there is extra money i work with the creditors that will settle. She got even ruder.

I call bs on this post, "billspileup."

I do not know this person.

Just got this phone number/cell package 2 days ago. Already have had bum 2 calls. One from some idiot that wanted to invite his son to a wedding ?????????? and then one from this number. The recorded message on the other end said: This is not a sales call, we were given this number by a responsible adult. Please call us back (I didnt) between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Strange! Didnt say a time zone tho!   Its off to the cell provider for a new number this a.m.

After problems with Verizon & T-Mobile my wife had to get a new number. She started getting almost daily annoying recorded messages -- even though we blocked the number in the phone the messages went to her voicemail. Weeks later after much effort I finally traced down the company and their web site:

Using the last number I got a gentleman to agree to remove my wife's number from their list. Hope he does!

I just got a call from this number and all it said was to call Amy between the hours of 8 and 5.  Did not even say who it was for.  Went to the website you listed and no where on their site does it say anything about being affiliated with the Better Business Bureau.

The callers didn't identify themselves on the messages, not by name nor company.  

I owe no bills, so I don't know why they would call but, this is the third day running.  If they call again tomorrow, I'll return their call and ask to be removed from their list.

I get an automated message with no information asking me to call this number. I call it, and get no introduction...I had to ask 3 questions to find out who I was calling, what they wanted, and why it pertained to me.

It turns out that I actually do have a medical debt from 3 years ago that I didn't know about. The woman I talked to was very rude to me, however, and gave me no information to confirm the debt beyond who the debtor was. Thankfully, the debtor is local, and I called them and confirmed that I owed the debt. What's even better is I can pay them directly to remedy what I owe, and cut collection services out of the loop.
So they did me a favor by alerting me to this possible credit-score ding, and I wasted 5 minutes of their day, raised the woman's blood pressure just a little bit more, and they don't get paid.

All I ask for is a little professionalism and courtesy. What I got was snippy attitude.
I recommend anyone who deals with this company to, if you do owe debt, work it out with the company rather than pay a collection agency. Maybe they'll get the point when we start hitting THEIR wallet.

Hi this number keeps calling me asking for a Dana Garcia or somthing like that.  I am not this woman I would like for them to stop calling me please.  I tried calling to get a hold to someone but there is no answer when I call back.

I have gotten a recorded call from 850-434-3118 several times. People say that they are a Debt Collection Agency. I owe no debts. I believe that something fishy is going on here.

i owe all these bills and they want me to pay....can you believe that they want me to pay what i owe! geeze what's the world coming to......

Just to give you a heads-up.....when a collection agency is rude or demands or even threatens that you will go to jail if you dont pay....you can sue them. They are NOT supposed to act that way. My husband is a collector. You can also demand them to NEVER call you again! They have to stop calling.

got this call on my business cel phone the company gave me.   no one on phone when I answered and will not answer it again if i see this number come up.

called again today on my company  biz phone.  it is a collection agency looking for the previous owner of the phone number.  florida hospital collections and i don't live, nor have i been in a hospital in florida.
changing my number.

this no.850-434-3118 is calling everyday for my daughter who no longer lives w/me.
