I am continually getting phone calls from this phone number - I answered once and the foreign speaking gentleman asked something about do I pay the bill and I said bill for what, then he asked if I cashed my check and I said what check, he said the lottery check and I said no and he said do you want the check, and I said no, and he said why not, I said because you are a fraud and do not call me again and hung up - and now I still keep getting calls..!!

This foreign jerk called me today and asked for me by first AND last name.  When I asked who was calling he said in a very irritated tone "SHUT UP YOU [***]!" and immediately hung up.  I have been trying to call his number back all afternoon but I only get a busy tone.  I paid to have his cell phone number looked up on intellius and got some info.  The cell phone company provider that I got from intellius is not even a valid listing in FL.  I will be reporting this incident and his bogus info to the Bay County Sheriff's office.

The same foreign jerk also called me for the umpteenth hundred time.  I told him that I was Sheriff Smearfinkie and that the gentleman he was calling is dead.  The caller immediately hung up

foreign lady wants to speak to business owner. asked her which one..both of them are here. she got confused a business may have two owners. wanted to know owners name. i said "you tell me" became agitated an irate. hung up

I believe this phone number is a mistake of the phone company (Knology) or caller ID system. I don't know if it is a valid US number if you call it back, but chances are, if it is, the person who answers is NOT the person who called you! A teacher friend in India called me twice today. I didn't answer because I didn't recognize this number, but she left a message so I know it was her. That is NOT her phone number or even close to it. This has happened several times where she has called and it has shown a US number. Sometimes it shows her number, sometimes a US one. I see another reporter is also in Bay County, FL. I think this number pops up for some reason when a foreign cell phone is calling. If you are in FL, report it to Knology.

I'm im BAYCOFL I got a phone call from this number. It was a lady who sounded American. She said she was for a outsorceing company for my web production company. So we will see.

I've gotten several calls from this number and no one is on the line.  I finally called it back and got a busy tone.

i am near Bay County, FL.  My mother in law called from Bay County and her caller id showed up as as this number.

This number is a generic number that shows up when someone calls from anywhere overseas.  When the calls comes to the 850 area code it is assigned this number and there are probably several more just like it.  You will not be able to call it back because it is a incoming number.  For example, if you in Bay County calls Botswana, if that person has caller id your number will not show up, but a local number will appear.  The same goes for this

i got a similar phone call, but the guy on the other end of the phone had such a heavy accent that i could not tell what he was saying. as i know that everyone that i have given my number to has at least SOME grasp of the english language, i hung up on that fraudulent @$$. by the way, congratulations on your translation.

I got this phone call today!  I put this number in my search bar and got this website.  I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one who has received these phone calls.  The guy did leave a message and I deleted it (now I wish I hadn't).  If he calls back I'll let it go to voicemail so I can get the 1-800 number he left me so I can report him to the Bay County Sheriff's dept.
