Was actually called from a local number in dayton, ohio, message said to call 850-546-6444; in reference to a legal matter.
Funny because by law, whomever is calling needs to identify themselves and can't call so much that it becomes harrasment.

Am investigating further, but it is a spammy number.

Just got a call from a local number in CA. Said to call this number, 850-546-6444, (Thomas B.) to avoid possible wage garnishment etc because I have a legal matter pending to be filed in the next 24 hours.
I called with the case #, the guy who answered asked if the call was to the phone I was talking to him. Asked if I knew "Traniavessi" like he was mumbling... I couldn't understand him... I said who? No I don't.... His response was a quick, OK its the wrong number & hung up.... ???WTH?

Caller ID 011-701-248-1743 Unknown name.  Is that an international phone number?  If you take the 011 off, the remaining number has been reported as supposedly being from a police association asking for donations, which may or may not have anything to do with this number.

The message left on my machine was:  "This confidential message is to inform you that you have a legal matter pending to be filed against you within the next 24 hours.  To make your statement against this claim, which could result in garnishment or civil judgment, you must call Thomas Bates at (850) 546-6444. Your Case No. is ______. For immediate assistance, please press 1."  I've worked for a law firm for many years; I know how to check if a legal matter is pending against me; there are none, nor is there any basis for any claim against me.

Every time scammers call and tell me they are going to file a legal complaint against me or serve me a summons within the next 24-48 hours, I laugh out loud.  Where are all these process servers with my summons's?  They've been leaving messages for years that they are going to serve me.  Have they fallen into the moat around my house and drowned?  My phone has been going wild with scam calls today.  They seem to come in bunches.  I think they are all from the same scammers at Scam Central Headquarters, calling using different caller ID's and different VoIP numbers and a variety of threats and ploys to get people to talk to them.

I wonder if the same case # is left for every number that they call.

I got the exact call and message left on my vm on two different dates, one on March 3, 2015 and one today March 16, 2015. The number that appears on my caller ID is a local number from my area, but gives me the same number as yours (850-546-6444) to call back. I tried calling that local # 559-201-1377 and it rings one time then goes straight to a message saying " thank you for calling Legal Mediations Services". Also I called that 850# and its the same message. I wonder if they leave the same "Case #" for everyone that they call. My first three numbers on the case that they left on my vm are '891___' This definitely sounds like a scam call. I've been getting calls like these way too often that it's annoying. So don't fall for it.

These guys keep calling and saying they are sending the sheriff to come and pick me up b/c I have an outstanding debt

Got this voicemail for the first time on my office line.  A local # too.  Same deal as the others.  "This message is for __________ (some name that you can't even make out). A decision in a legal matter has been made on your behalf.  Call Thomas Bates or Pace @ 850.546.6444 or face court action..."  The case # they gave me began with 84XXXX.

I have gotten the exact same call it came out of Downingtown PA but told me to call the 850-546-6444 number back my case number started with 713. Do not owe anyone and I also keep getting warrants sent to my email address and nothing has happened.I find it hard to believe that all of us would have the same debt from the same company and all owe money. I f this is legitimate Thomas would have a hard time appearing in court on the same day for all of us....

Got a call message from this Thomas Bates person saying I have legal action pending against me. Fortunately, there is a public defender office next door where I work. Provided them the case number I was given and they checked it out.

It is as phony as a $3 bill with president Clinton's picture on it.

Bottom line, SCAM!!!

Called from a local 816 number but left a call back number from Florida. Same message as everyone else. Legal Mediation Solutions, they called last year as well but Richard Blackburn was the contact person. This year it's Thomas Bates. Wow...they use real names of attnys both in this country and Australia but of course the real people cannot be reached at the 850-546-6444 call back number. Such a scam! Have fun with it. I told the tool I was a remote viewer. They'll do anything to get your money. Why won't Florida do something about these people?

Guess I'll call my attorney. :) He's gotten me quite a nice bundle of free cash over these kind of calls. LOL

I'm assuming a debt collector, but...I owe nothing to anyone.

I just called the 850# and got a real human being. LOL

I gave him my case # and told him I have no idea what you're even talking about.

He came back with: That number is attached to a Rocky Salines...I asked him to spell that & said I don't know a Rocky Salines....He asked for my phone#...I refused to give it to him & he said..."Well, you must like these calls, then. We can't put your number on our DNC list unless you give it to us."...I said: "Fine...I'll just turn you in, no problem!" He said: "Well, you just want to call us and try to find out about other peoples personal business!"  I said: "I'm not even going to talk to you anymore." I said "Ta-Ta"- & hung up.

I got a call from 410-401-0659.

Just got a call from a Decatur, IL # 217-233-8865 that give the sames script as all the other scammers and tells you contact the number 850-546-6444.

I wish these people will learn, but alas, they will not.  Reported. [***]

I got the very same call just now, only the number that called was 305-203-4263. The very same message to call 850-546-6444

Same message was left on my machine. First 3 # of my case are 891 too
