2 calls from this number today i wish it would stop. i refuse to answer because i dont know number.

My wife took the call.  The caller ID said it was a call from Clyde Hartz.  We do not know anyone by that name.  He also mentioned something about a medical center, but didn't know the name of it. We told him not to call anymore and hung up.

Called 2 times, I asked them to remove my name from their list and they hung up. Very heavy Indian (India) accent.

Received a call ID'd as CLYDE HARTZ, did not answer as I don't know that person.

Usually I pick up and don't say anything so they hang up.   But today I said hello and a man with a very thick middle eastern accent spoke and I asked him to remove me from his call list and hung up.   He called back immediately and i asked again.  He said "i cannot do that,  ma'am".  I hung up again.   He IMMEDIATELY called back a third time.   I asked him once again,  not so nicely to remove me from his call list.   He told me I have a very pretty voice and i hung up.   I work at a police department,  so the 4th time he called back,  i had one of my officers answer the phone and tell him to not call my number again.  So far no other calls have come through.   I honestly don't think it would have had to have been an officer.   Any MAN telling them to stop calling would most likely work.

Chances are if you didn't answer the second or third or any other call from him, he would have stopped as well. Why answer when you know it's a scam?

The number 850-758-1007 made an attempt to call my phone last night at 10:07 PM and again at 1:34 AM according to security reports.   Whoever has thid number has grossly violated the law even if they were calling the wrong number.   I could press charges but that is never as effective as permanently banning their number,  which in my case also blocks them from being able to call thousands of numbers.   So long,  Clyde,  you are now fried extra crispy!

I did answer the call but could not understand a word the man said - I hung up and "blocked caller" immediately.

man with a very thick accent from medical reimbursement company, asking which prescriptions i had taken. anti-nausea, blood thinners. told him it was none of his business which medicine i took and told him to remove my number.

I called the number back and it said it was not a working number.

he is calling my work- knows a past name I went by along time ago- I asked him why he calling my work- he said so what! spam

called work- asked for me - my old name from 7 years ago- I said I am at work- he said so what and hung up -

The man with a thick India-Indian accent has called several times before.  Today I asked him to please remove me from their calling list as I had answered their questions several times now.  He told me he would not and that he would call me every day, over and over and harass me.  He actually used the words "harass you"!  This has got to be illegal...right?

You can't press any charges.  The callers are located in India and Pakistan.  Call blocker is your best bet.

It is, but you can't stop the calls since they originate in either India or Pakistan.  Invest in a call blocker and do not pick up on calls you do not recognize.   These Indian and Pakistani male  callers are vindictive.  And they are especially abusive towards women.   They will  often harass women if they are told not to call,  or if they find their stupid scams aren't working.   Just don't pick up on strange numbers.

Single women, single mothers, the elderly and members of the immigrant community are at high risk for being scammed by these people. .

I received a disturbing phone call asking about my daughter being pregnant.  He mentioned her name specifically,  Said that he would call back at 5pm..  The name on the caller ID was Clyde Hartz from Florida.  I tried to call back and the number came back as being disconnected..  .
