WARNING: Scam or Fraud.  I received the following text message this morning 9/2/14: “BankofAmerica-ImportantMessage. Call 850-764-3130”.  

I did NOT call the number.  I DID call the real number for the Fraud Dept at Bank of America.  The rep verified that the number is not a valid bank number.  The rep then phoned the number, and reached an automated answering system saying, “Your debit card has been compromised.”  Yeah, right. Probably wanted account number & password input next to “verify the account.”  SCAM/FRAUD WARNING!

Received a text message this morning (Bank of America-Important message. Call 850-764-3130.) This is a fraudulent message. I did not call the number but reported the message to Bank of America's Fraud Dept.

received this text msg "(EC) ChildSupport 5214-02XX-XXXX-XXXX Limited. Call 850-764-3130 To Attend This Issue.". No Idea my wife received the same message 8 hrs later

This is a scam and I reported to BOA fraud Dept.

BOA message.  From an rr.com address.

I got a text from 61793911@rr.com telling me to call 850-736-3130. This text is from someone trying to get your debit card number and pin so they can steal your money. Do not call it.

Just got a text from 61793911@rr.com telling me I had an important message from Bank of America and to call 850-764-3130.  Called BOA and they did not send me the text.

I got the same message at 2:53 from the same phone number.  If only they knew how much I hate Bank of America, our former mortgagor, they wouldn't have bothered.  

Got text message: ChildSupport 5214-02XX Limited.  Call 850-764-3130 to attend to this issue.  I called is a recording telling me my mastercard is compromised and I need to give my debit mastercard number to fix.  I don't have a debit mastercard nor do I have anything to do with child support.  FRAUD

They sent me a text "6179471@rr.com (BankOfamerica-ImportantMessage.Call:850-764-3130) ". I did not call back. It is not B.O.A. but someone even worse, a *real* gang of criminals... These leeches are trying to rob you.

I also got the "(EC) ChildSupport 5214-02XX-XXXX-XXXX Limited. Call 850-764-3130 To Attend This Issue." As I don't receive anything like that I knew it was a scam.

keep getting calls from this number, got another on 9/1/14  I blocked the number and suggest you do the same

Text to me said it was about my Wells Fargo account. Don't have one, so they are not necessarily informed about the people they are bothering.
