Received a call from "Heather" at "Credit Card Services."  I hung up.  This is SPAM.

Just got a call from this number as well and did not answer - the number was unknown to me...no message was left - glad I did not pick up.

Got a call early this morning, didn't recognize it so I didn't answer it either.

Credit Card scam. Asked what card company they were calling from, said Visa. Visa is just a brand like Nike or Coke so I asked what kind of Visa. Could hear foreign voices in the background then whatever scumbag was calling hung up.The 850 area code says it northern Florida, like the Pensacola, Tallahassee and Panama City areas. I know for a fact the credit card issuers I have do NOT have offices in that location. So better luck next time [***]. Oh and just fyi. You never know who is on the other end of that call. For example I am in law enforcement. Ooops better get a new burner to call from. The Verizon number you called from has been forwarded to the FBI/DEA field office in Tallahassee. Anyone that gets these calls, feel free to call (850) 224-4107 to speak to an agent about internet/credit card fraud.

I find it terribly annoying that, just days after I put my cell phone number up on my web site for customers to be able to reach me with their publishing needs, all the scammers have started calling me at all hours of the day and night. It's a good thing I haven't had my cell phone on me when they've called, as my "day job" might not appreciate the cuss words I can come up with in three different languages for these people......
