I got 2 massages(short and unclear)in my cell number form the number above on  17 Jan 08, 11.05 and 11.06 AM Eastern time

So did I on 31 Jan, 11.36 and 11.37 GMT+1

Received a call from this number, asked me if I'm at geylang (singapore). After I say no, he ended the conversation.

Could it be that this a complete idiot from Hongkong ?

I just got one a few minutes ago.  I did not pick up.  I Googled the number and found this page.

Does anyone know WTF this is? I mean why would someone with this number just call random people like this. Are we on some kind of list or something.

I just got a call from this number too. The phone rang just one time and they hung up. Strange!

I got 3 calls on my cellfrom this number... one at 10:31am Apr.19 08, 12:13 Apr.19 08, and 7:13pm  Apr.19 08.

I did not answer each time and they didnt leave a message. whomever this is they need to stop dicking around with america.

I just received a call this morning at 8:51 am April 29. The first time they called i didn't answer but after the number rang me again, I answered and the person just hung up. I wanted to know what area code it was so I googled it and found this page. WTH is this?

So I received 8 calls from this # between the hours of 12-4 am. real [***], so in the morning I decided to seek my revenge and call them back 8 times at 7 in the morning. When I tried calling back it said it couldn't. Then I googled it and got this....

I got a call from this number a few minutes ago. No message. Odd I found this page - it seems like it's been going on for a while. I use Skype, so have an unpublished number. And I am in South Carolina

Same here, got a call from this number but I did not answer the call. I searched from google and found out this webpage. I'm from the Philippines.

I received a call from this number but I wasn't able to answer it.  I was curious as to what country it came from so I searched the internet and this is what appeared.  I also got another call but the number did not register.

I have been receiving numerous calls "unavailable" one right after the other for several days.  I pu this morning and heard music in the background,not elevator music. The calls cont. off and on but always repeating several before stopping.  Then today I got this 852 number in the mix and wondered if the idiot forgot to block their call. When I called it back, it said the verizon customer was unavailable at this time.  I googled to find the area code location and got this page.  Who knows if it is a po old girlfriend's new lover who is crazy or some nut you all are talking about from China?  Just that it sure is a lot like harassment. Isn't there a law about that?  Just one more thing to tick away the clock. Idiots! In looking up the info at reverse look up it said it was from Kewanee, IL and an extension, not an area code (852) and from Verizon.

I also got a call from this number twice about 20 mins ago. The number looks weird to me so I didn't pick up. No message was left. I googled the area code just to have an idea what country it came from but found a lot of complains regarding this specific number. I just scary though how he goes around calling people around the world.

Forgot to mention, I'm in NYC. And, yes, I have bought an international call card to call to Thailand. Could it be something about this??? But as far as I know, the card is from Thai company and it's to be used to call Thailand. So, what's with this weird Hong Kong guy anyway???

It's all part of a scam.  Google "852 area code" and you'll see.  Usualy linked to the same folks who use yahoo.co.uk email address to try to scam people out of money via western union.
