i got a call telling me to cal this number saying i had charges against me and i didnt and someone came and served me papers now im waiting a court date

if you receive a phone from a process server telling you to call this number do it and have a release order sent out they will help you !!

I have received several messages saying to call this number, when I did they threatened me to be served with papers if I do not pay a debt that I am not aware of...hung up on me multiple times too...I was told someone would be at my job to serve me...still waiting...sounds like a scam to me too...

No one served you with any papers.  Period.  You work for these jerks.

For your information real process servers don't notify you in advance of anything!

It is a scam.  REAL process servers do NOT call you ahead of time - they just show up.  Nor do they tell you to call another number to "resolve" the situation.  REAL process servers are paid to do just one thing - hand you those papers.  Block the number(s) these losers are calling from, and if they happened to give you a company name and address (likely fake), report them to your state's Attorney General - www.naag.org - you can find your state AG here.

My call came from Gina Marshall. She gave me some bogus case number and said I have charges against me. Shall we blow this up? Let's do! Number 1: charges implies a criminal case in which they are already committing a felony by implying with the word charges that they are law enforcement. Number 2: a debt collector must identify that the purpose of their call is to collect a debt. "Gina" did not. I can go on but won't. What's funny is I asked Miss Gershon where she got this bogus info.. Note the name I used, a semi famous actress, miss marshall never corrected me. When she pressed harder after my calm push back, I used Gershon again and it was never corrected! I even emphasized the name with a hard inflection!!! LOL!!!  Never gave a company name.. Not to mention I've never had a debt that needed to be collected... There's that little detail..

they called me yesterday telling me they were pressing charges on me I didn't know why they said to call them back as soon as possible they also said they had my address

These people called my house yesterday and told my son that I needed to call them back before I get served. I called these people back and gave case number. They are looking for a relative....refused to remove my number. They hung  up because  they  did want to hear what I had to say. Call back.....they were still rude and nasty....the rep asked me did I not get any last night because I was being  rude. I will file a report  with Attorney General....
