I received a call from this number as well. I picked up the phone but didn't say anything. Wanted me to call them back because the person said that they have a package that needs to be delivered to me.
If there was a package for me, they should know my address if it is a bill. Therefore, I didn't say anything, I just listened. I am not calling back!

I received the same call.

They called me today and ask if i still used an email address that i hadnt used since my early college days.

I got the call yesterday and left a voice mail saying that I have a package. I called back and he spoke so quickly stating my full SSN saying I owe a debt from a petty loan I took out from a company I used to work at. He spoke so fast and I told him to slow down cause I was confused. He went on and said don't worry, and that it's his job to explain.. It sounded like he was phishing I quickly hung up the phone.

A man name Ron Dellman Calling for a Maleka  Myers. Reference for fax order deleivery. Which i am not her and i keep getting calls for that person whom i do not know. I already told debt agency that i am not that person and to stop calling. And now they have a fax order delievery ?

they were very rude refuse to work with me at all waited this whole length to even contact me and could not explain why some how they gpt my mothers cell number that she did not have at the time they say so how did they get it the number called from was 8552936364

There is nothing to work out.  These are criminals trying to scare you into paying today before you have time to learn the law is on your side.

This is a common ploy by criminals masquerading as debt collectors who are attempting to extort money from people by scaring you into believing that you will be criminally charged, go to jail, lose your driver’s license, have wages garnished, be sued, and a variety of other variations on this,  all for an alleged or nonexistent debt.  One of the tricks they use is to call your work place, friends, or relatives repeatedly in an attempt to shame you into paying.  They also use the “process server” ruse who calls and claims he is going to serve you, but then says you could avoid it by calling another number

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

Same phone number calling my job...just a voice mail. This is the number they are calling from: 855-203-6364.  Is a scam, just trying to scare people and harrass them.

Got a call from this number this morning about some fax delivery. No nothing about any of this. I could tell my name was electronically put into message. Just got a call on my work phone. Would love to know who this is so I can call Attorney General.

Don't call them back!! It's a scam,they called here yesterday,Dec 16'th 2015,and said they had a package for delivery,wanted credit card number,I'm not as dumb as they think! The caller was hard to understand,muffled,they wanted us to call them,do not fall for it,they will get every dime that you have.

Very scary.  They called my husband's phone and can barely hear about I think a transfax.  They had my name stated electronically.  It was my former last name.  When called they stated they are a litigation company for Capital Advance Amercan and for a Robert Goldenberg for a 2009 unpaid cash advance.  They stated they are filing to the court and named my former address and county and my current residence county.  Very scary they knew my ending social security number and my employment.  Stated at first the sheriff will be picking me up at my employment after they call my employer for the correct procedure to arrest me.  Then later it was to serve me papers.
