Just randomly called my mother in law looking for my husband and today stated that needed immediate attention, need to receive call back today, account in per litigation currently. Not sure what this is even about.

In less than 10 minutes I received 3 phone calls from Regional Credit Solutions.  I was asked to call back at 855-204-2789 in reference to three different case numbers.  When I called back I did not have an extension  I did the second option of 0 for the next available person and then they hung up.
I do not have a clue as to what they are and an annoyed that they are calling and not giving any indication as to the reason.  My credit is excellent so no need for 3 case #'s.  Unable to find out about the company.

I have received 3 calls within the last week from this company asking for a return phone call.
The caller states I have a claim number - 213430 and need to call soon with a lawyer.

I also received many calls from this company with a case number for months now.The man is very nasty when leaving a message ..Is it a scam??? My credit is good also...

THEY ARE CREDIT COLLECTORS!!! Trying to collect on REALLY REALLY OLD debts. Small debts, hundred dollar-fingerhut type stuff. They are mean and nasty... They like to use the word lawyer a lot. I feel this company is making last-ditch efforts to collect on debts (make a buck) that have been severely unsuccessful in prior companies possession. These debts are bought and sold amongst "credit collection" agencies and usually successful at collecting money from people using "scare-tactics". They will tell you to get a lawyer and that you could end up in jail if this debt is not paid. They are ONLY tactics... no body out there has a reason to be afraid. As far as I can see... this company is a big bag o' BS!

Caller ID: blank (called themselves 'Regional Credit Solutions' in the message they left).

Received a nearly unintelligible message (for a wrong named person) indicating to 'call them' 'today' concerning 'case number' (xxxxxx) on a toll-free phone number: 1-855-204-2789.

Likely SCAM ARTISTS...!!!

They called one of my friends looking for me. When I called them they said I had a large debt with the first bank of Delaware saying I have an unsettled debt. They wanted to confirm my SS number so I hung up the phone.

Based on other sites, it appears to be a scam so do not give them any information!

They called me about collections and now i'm receiving calls from a claimed filling agency telling i'm going to be served at my place of employment and their number was 414-434-0571 which when you look up is a land line and the number they gave me for their client is 888-760-6957 which is not a RCS number and you can not get through on it.  It is also on my credit report...

There are lots of posts on here about this company under multiple different phone numbers since they keep changing their number. This is just the latest in what seems to be a long line. I wish this site had and option to cross reference using company’s name not just phone numbers that way we could really see how many of us are posting about them! SO far I have found the following numbers associated with Regional Credit Solutions (RCS) previously known at Regional Credit Works or National Credit Works: 855-204-2789, 757-777-3333, 877-216-6040,

I received several calls from the company at my place of employment. The problem is they are not calling for me. I called the representative and left her voicemail to remove my ph# from the file but now I am receiving messages from an automated system 3-4 times a day. Most of the time it hangs up but sometimes it leaves a voicemail. Once again they are not even calling for me. I dont know how to get this company to stop harrasing me at work. Suggestions?

I received a call from this number (855-204-2789).  They left a messaging asking me to call them back at extension #433 referring to a specific case number.  The caller identified himself as Carlos Smith from Regional Credit Solutions referring to a pending legal case in which I was being sued by check cashing company. I thankfully knew that this was a phishing technique and didn't give them any information.

THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM. DON'T GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION.

I just received the same call from the same number.. 855-204-2789... He left his name on my voice mail.. Mr. Erwing..    WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE??  His extention is #406..  What is going on?? thanks

I am receiving calls from this company looking for my son-in-law. Am told to call back on a toll free number : 1-855-204-2789 and refrence account #253905. My son-in-law does not owe anyone anything and does not have any business with this company. How can we get them to stop calling me?

thanks i was wondering if they use several numbers now i know they are so annoying i called from a number different from the one they call me on and when i started probing as to who they are they hung up on me

They called me threatening me. My civil case # 263807. I don't know how to stop them.

The next time they call tell them you are recording their call (legal in most states) and demand a mailing address in which to dispute the debt. If they refuse, inform them they are violating the FDCPA by refusing to validate the debt and wll be reporting them to the FTC and will retain legal counsel if they continue to pursue you for an unvalidated debt.

I keep receiving calls from them everyday and for some reason they called my grandmother.  She was not at all happy and offered a few friendly words to them.  I called back on may occassions and they either don't answer or they cannot tell me what it is reguarding.  The # calling me is 757-777-3333 and on my voicemail it says to callback to 855-204-2789 ext 433 for a Mr Smith who has my file # 258057.  It is a different case # everytime. This has to be a croc.

They are calling me everyday...same lady same message..same numbers as you all posted above...i dont answer and i dont tell them nothing...its really getting me upset....
