    This so called Progressive Litigation group called my husband's work and said that they were trying to serve him papers and were trying to locate him.  I called the number they left with his work and they gave me this long line about how we owed a ton of money for a payday loan that we never authorized and that they were going to press charges against him and bring us to court and yada yada yada. I finally had to get in touch with my attorney and they actually fed him the same line of bs that they gave us. Do not pay these people anything even if you owe the people they say they are representing money. They would not give us an address or provide written documentation regarding the debt. Not even to my attorney. It was so ridiculous.
