Threatening messages. Owing money. Threatening go to jail. Very stressful.

Left threatening message. Same scammer as other times, just rotates their number so unable to block all of them. Reported multiple times to FTC, hope they can do something about them

My wife just received a message from this number. They say we owe them 600-2000 dollars. This has got to be a scam. Only problem is, who do I report it to?

They say that you are suspected as a Felon for a loan that you owe. (Owing Money is not a felony.)  They are going to take it to court unless you pay what ever amount. Really People, If I were I would already be arrested and awaiting trail, and no amount of money would get me out of a trail for a Felony.

I received a call at work from "Lisa" said she going to come to my job tomorrow, between 12-5p.  I want her to come so I can call the police on her for threatening phone call and harassing me on my job.  She said I have to have two forms of ID, you are looking for me, you should know who I am and why do I have to prove who I am when I have no clue why you are here.   She also said if I do not want her to show up I need to call 855-205-4907 ext. 406 and she is bringing me some sealed documents to sign.  Did not say why she was coming to see me and I am not calling that number.  Good luck to her if she is trying to collect some money, I filed bankruptcy six months ago and do not owe anybody a thing.

Got this just added to the blocked list. I hate scammers and wish I could stop them.

Machine left a message at my work and my cell phone. Tell ING about a transaction with my SS#. This old, they change numbers more than I can keep up with blocking. Get tired of them calling and harassing me at my job.

My husband got a call from 1-855-205-4907 ext. 406. Said he took a pay day loan advance out on June 6 and Aug 3 of 2012. Said he has to sign some documents tomorrow between 12-5. He must have 2 forms of ID and a witness. If he failed to do so then they would file a complaint at our local courthouse on May 15. Said the amounts were for 475 each. Said he done them when he worked for Sam's Club. My husband left Sam's Club in January of 2012 and was doing landscaping for a company near home. I told this man that it has to be a fraud. He said he was marking it as fraud and was sending back to the company. I contacted my bank to pull my records for those months and there was no deposit made in the said amounts. Matter of fact no deposits except my paychecks.

I just got the same call on my cell for my husband.  She made the first mistake by leaving a message about a debt.  It's a against the law whether you owe the actual debt or not to leave such a detailed message on a voice mail not knowing if that is who the call is actually intended for.  Second they NEVER give you a heads up if they are coming to have you sign papers.  I work in payroll dept and I get served monthly by mail from courts where I sign for the mail or by sheriff at the business or constable.  They do not give you a heads up!

Looked for this company online for website. Not been able to find a website. Been receiving calls even though i blocked. I know it is them calling because  the phone said call blocked.

Said they were going to deliver a sealed envelope on Monday between 12-5 at my home or work place. Said they were calling from courier from Franklin county. They called me again at my work.

Lady named Alicia Carter said she was with Courrie of Franklin county. Said she was going to deliver package on Monday between 12-5.
So tired of them calling my work.

ID themselves as EMS (not really clear).  Possibly this group:

Empire Mediation Services.  The term "mediation" is  double-talk for debt collector.

A man called my work by the name of Vince Decinco and stated that he was a part of Mediation and that there was a payment that declined and that he is not sure if there is an issue and that he is ther until 4:30 eastern standard time @ 855-205-4907 ext 401 and for me to call him back...BY LAW THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT SUPPOSE TO HARASS YOU ON YOUR JOB...THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND JUST TRYING TO GET MONEY TO SUPPORT THEIR BUSINESS...

Is there such a thing as a private Courrie for Franklin County. Will they really come and deliver a package on Monday. I just getting tired of this crap

Constantly receiving calls from these people stating I have a payday loan. I need to pay it or I will have to go to court. I look at my bank statements and there were no deposit for the dates they told me that a check was deposit. I told them give me a website for their company. They could not provide me with it. They say they do not have a website for their business. I ask for their address and when they gave me 3125 Walden Avenue and when I looked it up on my computer the only thing that came up was other business i the area but no Empire Mediation Service. I received a few voice mail from a guy named Erik Simmons his number was 855-205-4907 ext: 405. I know this is a scam.

Then you should have no trouble citing the exact law that makes it a felony as well as providing the state or states in which you are licensed to practice law for giving legal advice to the public.

What is really a felony is the amount of lies that you come up with.
