I recieved a automated voice mail message from this number stating to contact Mr. Hummel at Rubin & Yates.  After reading these posts I will not contact them.  Thank you

My expereience was just like RDQueen's.  Of course I won't contact them  I assume they are what RDQueen says they are.  I don't want anything to do with them.

I am also getting calls from this phone number and if i do not pick up they leave a voicemail as well. I picked up few times but now I am gonna block this number

I just got phone calls from this company as well telling me they wanted to collect a debt, I asked them if they are associated with the bar in my state and they said no. That's the way to get them. They only had my phone number not even a current address. They were acting as law firm Ruben Yates from Buffalo, NY. They gave me some story of all kinds of b/a that they would do, just trying to get me to give them my card information.

You guys do realize that's it legal to collect debt in this country and when scumbags don't pay their bills they get collections calls and when the owner of the debt is tired of sending you to collections cuz ur still being a dirt bag and not paying your bill then he has the right to place the account with a law firm for legal collections you people are ridiculous crying like little kids about getting calls to pay your bill grow up pay your damn bills and you won't have these type of issues

Sometimes folks fall on hard times (i.e., lose a job, loved one gets sicks and medical bills pile up, etc.) so I wouldn't be so judge-mental for it could happen to you someday! In fact most of you collectors are lowlifes that couldn't get a :decent" job elsewhere so you settle for any ole heartless job available.  I feel sorry for your type and the message below is a testament to your character. People who live in glass houses should not throw stones. Most people want to pay their debts! Bullying them and harassing them only makes matters worse. looks like you are a collector yourself.  Its crazy how they are calling for debts that ARE paid and even if they weren't paid the statute of limitations has expired on most of these peoples accounts. DICK

This number is associated with Ruben & Yates. They originally called my house on February 13, 2014, twice. I answered the 2nd call and told the person calling, the "person you are looking for does not live here". Then the caller got obnociious with me and said something to the effect of someone "not paying bills". I called the number back and asked to talk to a supervisor, the person said, " I can't do that right now becasue of the way you are acting" and I said " DON'T FREAKING CALL MY HOUSE AGAIN!" and I meant it. 855-276-3103  called my house on February 18, 2014 - 15 times.  Again on February 19, 2014 - 9 times, only to find their number had been blocked. Now they are using 440-219-0024 and 216-219-0024 number to call my house. I have documents of their calls and will persue their continued harrassment if needed! I do not understand why they continue to call my house just because the person they are trying to find has the same last name as mine. They leave messages that if so and so 'does not return the call, you will be excluded from the case'. Please exclude the person you are searching for from your case and stop harrasssing ME!
