Calling looking for someone stating they received a formal complaint against a family member

Also, called my home looking for someone who had a formal complaint against them.

Always calling leaving a message about a formal complaint that has been filed against a unknown person and saying their next step is necessary paperwork with the local county court.  First of all, a "civil complaint" is always served via mail, dumb scammer!

Left a voicemail then says next step is necessary paperwork with the court. This is some BS- civil complaints are served via mail, scammers are dumb and the worst!!

Called asking about an ex fiancé from 20 years ago...Not even sure how they got my number since it has been changed a million times.  They said regarding a  formal complaint against him and it is arrestable.   The name of the place is just called "Western".  no other info that I could find.  I am thinking it is a debt collector even though they insist it is a legal matter and that they investigate base upon a formal complaint by an individual

Calls claiming of formal complaint against me and going to file with the clerk of court. Also uses my previous name from my first marriage which hasn't been used in 5 years

DO NOT PAY THESE PEOPLE!!! Got missed calls and voicemails saying they were sending me to court. I called back to see what it was about and talked to a Michael Sims at extension 551. He clams i have a fraudulent check in the amount of $500.00 and that OPD solutions is taking me to court. He offered me the out of court solution, which was to pay the money. I asked for proof of the debt, because I do not recal getting a loan for $500. He could not give me ANY info on the loan, no date of the loan, not even the company that gave me the loan! So I asked for the # to the OPD solutions to verify the debt. He didn't have that number as well!! So he called to just collect $ from me expecting me to trust him that it's paying a debt off. Total fraud and scammer!! Do not pay $ to these people! I've been dickered into one of these before because they threat you with court and jail time but you have the right to have a debt in writing before you make a payment!!

I drove home the message to them. Calling my cell and work number every day. I keep calling there and hanging up. Now someone is calling my work number (caller id anonymous) and hanging up. They have to quit. Filed with the FTC already

Calls my job (thought they couldn't do that) and is leaving a message about a formal complaint. When you call back, they don't say who they are and just to press zero. You go to leave a message but it tells you nothing.

Received call from the same person stated a complaint filed against a person need to call back to do paperwork with local county.  First call received from 855-210-2114 three days ago and second call just 20 minutes ago using 855-210-2723 the same voice and statement left on my voicemail

Called my family  member.

They called and left a message on my work phone.  The message was cut off, as if they started talking as soon as my voice mail picked up.  Stating the were calling to find out my whereabouts.  That whoever answers could press any number and be connected immediately with someone or the necessary paperwork would be filed with the county.  I deleted the message.  The same call came through the next day and I deleted that as well.  Then they stopped.  I never called back, even though I wanted to tell these people off SO BADLY but I didn't want them to know they actually reached me.  I know it's a scam, those calls from the 855 area code usually are, but it is still unnerving and annoying.  Get a real job and stop trying to steal from people!
