I got a call from a process server named Danielle Rogers with Complaint Number#125849-FL  2 charges of fraudulent checks. She advised that she was a process server with the State of Florida and that I needed to contact 855-210-5915 to talk to them about getting the charges dropped. They need to stop this is really starting to piss me off.

Just found out they called my mother, brother and told him that i was using his ssn# writing bad checks... TOTAL SCAM!!!!! don't fall for it.

Got a call sayiny husbands sister had written 2 fraudulent checks & had somehow implemented he & his mom. & if he didn't get his sister to take his name off the account the he would be summoned the court in Florida.

Got the same call.

The caller is a LIAR!!  You are not warned if a summons is coming.  IF there really were bad checks, the bank would have notified the writer long ago.  Phone calls & emails mean nothing.  Demand something in writing that is mailed to you.

Received a call that charges would be made if call was not returned the same day, they would contact employer and garnish wages regarding to pending fraudulent charges....BOGUS call!

my mother received a call today that said I wrote a bad check in her name...that she was being summons to court. my mother spoke with this man named Justice Alexander at ext. 106...she told him that she was going to school fr her maters degree had a full blown out conversation with this guy......not only that my little brother called the courts here to see if they have any case number and or a doc number.....so we called this Mr. Alexander and he began to get all upset because we was way to smart for him.
so I called my bank....talk to the fraud department and of course its FRAUD......but now he knows all about my mother because she decided to converse with him!!
he knows more about her than I do!!! smmfh!!

Call my cell and my ex wife asking about someone with the same last name that they are looking for using my ssn....threatening to contact my employer and subpoena me at work or home regarding a matter with this person I have never heard of...but they will not give any information on who they are...just says wait on the paperwork and hangs up

Typical threat voice mail but at least these guys got the name of the City and County where I lived correct.  No idea what it's about and I haven't seen anything in the mail about an outstanding debt.  And I've lived in the same place for 10 years.

Yes I got the same call at work..ARA.Said they were going to debit my card 200. but canceled my card..No call came in Sat ...no voice mail either..If it was legit they would of called

I canceled my card..Something fishy going on..
